The subtle glitter is abundant, making it perfect for daily use. It features a diverse combination of pink, blue, green, and purple glitters, giving a mystical 'mermaid tears' effect that I personally adore. While it might suit cool-toned complexions better than warm ones, its innocent charm makes it universally flattering regardless of undertone. There was no eye irritation, and the glitter adheres well, preventing any unwanted sparkle fallout on the face. There's a bit of inconsistency with some products having clumpy glitter. I only use this glitter, it's amazing! The small glitters can be dabbed all over, while the larger ones look stunning when applied just to the center of the eyelids. It's absolutely gorgeous! The price is a bit steep... But even though it's somewhat expensive, it seems to last a long time. Color: It has pink pearls and a purplish shimmer with lots of sparkle. There are also occasional hexagonal particles that look incredibly glamorous when applied under the eyes. It's so dazzling that I prefer using it for special events or bold makeup looks rather than daily wear. The regular shimmer, while not as flashy as the particles, is still more striking than typical glitters. The way it sparkles and shines in different lights and as you move your eyes is absolutely stunning! Staying power: It has a gel-like consistency, so there's no fallout or loss of glitter at all. It stays put exactly as applied until you remove your makeup. It lasts over 12 hours - the longevity is truly unbeatable! Packaging/Convenience: The packaging is adorably cute! The transparent container lets you see how much product is left, which is great. It's small and lightweight, so it doesn't weigh down your makeup bag. It's so compact that I often carry it even on days I'm not planning to use it. Today I'm reviewing the Black Rouge Pearlvely Eye Glitter in G02 Sweet Star Candy :) Black Rouge is truly a glitter paradise... All 4 of their Pearlvely Eye Glitters are gorgeous, and the recently launched Universe series is absolutely stunning too! The product I'm reviewing today, Sweet Star Candy, is the epitome of loveliness. Black Rouge glitters have such adorable names that perfectly match the products: G01 Sweet Dalgona G02 Sweet Star Candy G03 Exciting Honey Grapefruit G04 Starry Milky Way These are the four options available :) I'm a huge glitter enthusiast - I collect them and even get satisfaction just from looking at them. However, I don't use glitter often as it can be overwhelming. But this one is perfect for daily use! The particles aren't too large, yet it's adequately glamorous - it's truly amazing. I bought Sweet Dalgona and Sweet Star Candy. As someone who adores all things pink, I was particularly drawn to Sweet Star Candy with its pink packaging. Regular price: $15.90 / 2g You can purchase it for $8.90 at Unpas Store and Black Rouge's official website :) This quality for $8.90 is incredible! It's truly the best value for money. I thought the volume might be small, but since I don't use glitter often, I might not even finish it before the expiration date. When I first saw this in person, I was struck by how utterly lovely it is. I'm not sure why, but it just seemed incredibly cute and pretty. I believe you'll understand when you see it in person. The glitter particles are glamorous and ethereal! The combination of small, colorful particles with opal pearls scattered throughout creates maximum radiance. The harmony of pink, white, blue, purple, and green pearls is so beautiful! I never knew purple and green pearls could complement each other so well. I fell in love again with how well the pearls harmonize. I appreciate that the pearl particles aren't rough! Some glitters I've used before were uncomfortable due to their rough texture, but this one isn't like that at all. Another great thing is that it doesn't irritate my eyes! I'm very sensitive to eye irritation and have tried numerous products to find suitable sunscreens and eyeliners. Fortunately, this doesn't cause any irritation, so I think I can keep using it. Despite the glamorous hexagonal hologram pearls, it doesn't look excessive or overwhelming - it's just beautiful. And the adhesion! Adhesion is crucial for glitter. This one has excellent adhesion! Once it sets, it really stays put! There's no fallout, and it doesn't smudge, so you don't need to touch it up. I used to think glitter products might have poor ingredients, but that's not necessarily true! This contains only one caution ingredient and one high-risk ingredient out of 20! I was surprised to find it has better ingredients than the sunscreen I'm currently using. The caution ingredient here is phenoxyethanol, which is commonly used as a fragrance or preservative. I haven't experienced any blemishes around my eyes after using this product, so I'm very satisfied with it :) It looks gorgeous when paired with bright eyeshadows like pink or coral! Personally, I recommend using it with Etude's Play Color Eyes Rosé Wine. If I get the chance, I'd really like to try Starry Milky Way someday. It might not suit me well, but it looks so pretty... I love the large hexagonal glitter particles in this product. It has a diverse and colorful range of sparkles, but overall it gives off a rosy hue. It's my go-to product when I want to create a glamorous look. The formula takes a while to set, and there's a strong adhesive smell as soon as you open it. The hexagonal glitter doesn't transfer to the brush as easily as I'd hoped, so I have to pump it several times. It's also challenging to use the glitter stuck to the sides of the container. The adhesive smell can be a bit harsh on the eyes. But I still use it because it's so pretty! You can use a cotton swab to collect the glitter particles around the opening and apply them to your eyelids or under-eye area. Alternatively, you can use a brush to pick up the product from the cotton swab for a wider application. It spreads out nicely.

Whoever created this deserves a standing ovation! ▷The applicator is the best I've ever used for glitter. I want to shout at every cosmetics store in the country: This is how glitter applicators should be made! Even if you were applying mud, it would look pretty with this applicator... You'll understand when you try it. The color payoff is amazing, and the applicator enhances the application beautifully. The combination is top-notch. ▷The quantity is decent too. It should last over 4 months if you use it about three times a week! I was worried about the amount because the container looks small, but it's actually quite standard. It's not a monstrous amount, but it's sufficient. ▷The staying power is a bit disappointing. One teardrop and all the glitter flows down with it... It's like the glitter wants to cry too. If you want to cry dramatically or if you forgot to apply highlighter, just wear this on a windy day for an hour, and you'll have glitter all over your face! ▷I'm still using it because it's pretty, but there's a glue-like scent from the product. Not the fresh green grass smell, but more like... craft glue? Well, not exactly that strong, just reminiscent of that green glue we used back in the day. Maybe it's too much to ask for a glitter product to smell nice too? ▷Here's a pro tip: The applicator is so well-designed that even those who aren't makeup experts can use it easily. The color payoff is great too. I'd recommend this to glitter beginners! For your first glitter experience, go with Black Rouge.

The clean design makes me reach for it often! Unfortunately, there's too much liquid with the pearls, which causes them to clump together. That's a bit disappointing. Pro tip: To avoid clumping, tap a bit of the pearl product onto the back of your hand first, then gently dab it under your eyes.
