I'm in love with Black Rouge. I apply it when going to school, when hanging out - it's the glitter that brightens up my under-eye area beautifully.
ConsIt stings my eyes a bit... While I appreciate that the glitter doesn't fly everywhere, the stinging sensation is quite intense.

As a fan of the brand, I had high hopes when I bought this, but I'm over the moon because it's even prettier than I expected. The sweet candy-like color has a transparent base with a pink undertone that looks like finely crushed glitter (almost like tiny gold flakes). On top of that, there are teal and purple round glitters that are smaller than hexagonal ones but larger than the pink base. Finally, it's topped with iridescent hexagonal glitters that reflect various colors, creating a tear-like, multifaceted color combination. Plus, it's thin enough to spread easily.
ConsWhile it's less irritating than other glitters, since it's applied under the eyes, there was a slight momentary stinging. Also, despite the Black Rouge representative's emphasis on the hexagonal glitters, they don't come out easily. After vigorously shaking, only about three appear... I guess the hexagonal glitters have sunk to the bottom. It's puzzling because you can see quite a lot when looking at the product, but why won't they transfer?
TipSince it has a transparent base, it's best to apply it over eyeshadow as a foundation.
