I've been using this since the case was redesigned, and it's incredibly durable. The Toffee Nut Latte shade is absolutely gorgeous. It harmonizes beautifully with any lip color layered on top, and when applied as a full lip base, it looks stunning. It's perfect for creating a subtle, not-too-heavy makeup look. (I use a mix of light deep undertone and deep undertone.) There's really nothing to complain about. It's just the right amount of moisturizing while providing a nice tint. I haven't found a better base lip product yet. It looks amazing when you combine Toffee Nut Latte with other shades! Sometimes I pair it with other products from the same line, and other times I use it with lipsticks from different brands. - gj*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 2, 2020
I'm really loving the newly redesigned case! The design is beautiful, and the magnetic snap of the lid feels so satisfying. The colors are gorgeous too - not too bold, but versatile enough to use as a base lip color for layering or on its own for a natural, no-makeup look. The best part about this lipstick is its excellent staining power, which keeps the color on your lips for a long time. I used to find the old case a bit disappointing, but with this beautiful and convenient redesign, I honestly can't think of any downsides. As someone who usually prefers matte lips, I've found that if you apply this glossy formula and then gently blot it with a tissue, it works wonderfully. - ps*****Dry SkinDec 11, 2019
This lipstick keeps your lips from getting dry, which is perfect for lips with a lot of dead skin cells. The scent is lovely too. I really liked the matte case - it feels sturdy and high-quality. It's too glossy and fades quickly. It also smudges easily. It feels more like a tinted lip balm than a lipstick. Mixing two or three shades creates a beautiful look. Using it with a matte lipstick improves its staying power. - wo*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 6, 2019
This is my personal review: Great as a blush! It's an average product... With so many lip products in various textures and colors flooding the market these days, I can't find anything particularly appealing about this one. 1. Color While it looked quite light in the swatch, when applied to my lips, it turned out to be an overly bright pink... It might be because my natural lip color isn't light, but even swatched on the back of my hand, it's just a typical bright pink you'd find in any drugstore. I love MLBB lips and my favorite is Mamonde's Velvet Red, but this lipstick can easily look outdated. 2. Emphasizes dead skin cells I thought it would be less likely to emphasize flakes since it's a moisturizing product, but that's not the case. As time passes, it feels like it's separating, giving the impression of less adherence than when wearing a traditional matte lipstick. 3. Scent It has a peach scent. This might vary from person to person, but personally, I don't prefer scented cosmetics. 4. Design It looks incredibly outdated. It's not a toy... 5. Packaging After using it a few times, the twisting mechanism doesn't work properly anymore. You have to press down hard while twisting... It's extremely inconvenient. Since I'm using it as a blush, I just dig it out with my finger. Either apply it after neutralizing your natural lip color, or use it as a blush. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2019
It absorbs so nicely, leaving a wonderfully moisturized feeling. The staying power is great too! It might feel a bit too glossy for some, and there are occasional issues with faulty lids.
