The color payoff is much softer and more luminous than powder blush. It applies with a sheen rather than glitter, and puts drugstore products to shame. I'm a big fan of Hourglass blush products, and as a dry-skinned person, I was looking for a more hydrating cream blush when I discovered this product, and I'm so satisfied with it. Liquid blushes can get patchy or disappear easily, and gel formulas can sometimes look stamped on, but this formula applies like a creamy powder(?) - it's so incredibly thin and smooth, and I love it. It's so dewy and moisturizing too.
Cons
I heard they came out with a new blush line. Honestly, I wish this blush line had more color options. The quality is beyond what you'd find at the drugstore.

I'm a cool-toned bright tone. It goes well with cool-toned skin. It's a color that's easy to apply regardless of skin tone. This is the first time I've used a glittery blush. I've always used matte powder types. The subtle shimmer pearls give a radiant glow to the skin expression. When applied with the fingers, a deeper color comes up like a shadow. The blush blends out softly, which I like. When pressed with my fingers, the indented area looks nice. The jelly eyeshadow has a slightly firm texture. As I've used it, I've found it looks pretty when applied to the apples of the cheeks. Of course, I don't usually use it on the cheekbones because of my eye shape, but the light color and pearl finish are nice.
Cons
There weren't any disappointing aspects about the product itself. It's just that in the summer, my flushed skin overpowered the blush.
