  The color payoff is much softer and more luminous than powder blush. It applies with a sheen rather than glitter, and puts drugstore products to shame. I'm a big fan of Hourglass blush products, and as a dry-skinned person, I was looking for a more hydrating cream blush when I discovered this product, and I'm so satisfied with it.   I'm a cool-toned bright tone. It goes well with cool-toned skin. It's a color that's easy to apply regardless of skin tone. This is the first time I've used a glittery blush. I've always used matte powder types. The subtle shimmer pearls give a radiant glow to the skin expression. When applied with the fingers, a deeper color comes up like a shadow. The blush blends out softly, which I like. When pressed with my fingers, the indented area looks nice. The jelly eyeshadow has a slightly firm texture. As I've used it, I've found it looks pretty when applied to the apples of the cheeks.
