It was gentle and effective without any irritation. Even with my dry skin, I had no issues using it. For functional cosmetics, you might want to choose products with specific active ingredients. This one is really mild and just feels like it sticks to the basics. I've heard it's best to use skincare products from the same line, so I've become a devoted fan of Jung Saem Mool. First off, I love the pleasantly bitter scent. Even when using just the toner, the hydration doesn't disappear immediately - it seems to keep my skin feeling moisturized for quite a while! The herbal scent is lovely. It's moisturizing and generally agreeable. I don't think it's ever caused any blemishes. I use it as an exfoliating toner and I'm quite pleased with it. The packaging is great (the heavy lid gives it a premium feel). The quantity seems small compared to the price. It's a shame that if you use it like a mask, it runs out quickly... When you soak a cotton pad generously and wipe your face before bed, it feels like it thoroughly removes all impurities.

It deeply hydrates without any deep dryness and does an amazing job at evening out skin texture! Plus, my skin is so sensitive that it usually breaks out if I apply something wrong just once, but with this, my skin has only improved - absolutely no blemishes at all. That's why I've lost count of how many bottles I've used! I highly recommend this for those with severe combination dehydrated skin. The scent... it smells a bit like herbal medicine, or is it just me? But honestly, it doesn't matter because the smell disappears once you apply your moisturizer! There's nothing else negative to say about this. It's absolutely fantastic! Here's a pro tip for long-lasting use: if you apply it with a cotton pad, you can use less product but still cover your whole face and neck! It's a great way to make it last longer.

It's not just about being non-drying or nourishing - it truly absorbs beautifully into the skin. I have sensitive combination dehydrated skin, and I've never experienced any blemishes while using this. The scent is quite acceptable. The quantity is a bit small... It's expensive and seems hard to find in stores. I'm using it because I received it as a gift. I use it as an absorption toner after cleansing my face with the Dokdo toner. It's a watery toner that doesn't leave any sticky residue, yet it's incredibly hydrating. It might be the most moisturizing watery toner I've ever used. The quantity seems a bit small for the price. This product is seriously amazing. How can I describe it... It just perfectly balances your skin. It's ideal for a skin pack and doesn't leave your skin feeling dry at all. It's all good! This is an excellent boosting toner to use before makeup. I soak a cotton pad and use it as both an exfoliating toner and to absorb excess oil. However, I'm not entirely sure if it actually helps makeup adhere better. The price is definitely a drawback. Maybe I'll try to get it duty-free once travel restrictions ease up. This product feels more like an essence than a water toner, which makes it even better. After cleansing, I apply it with a cotton pad. It has a nice consistency and gives a feeling of deeply nourishing the skin. I'm currently on my 4th bottle - it's become my holy grail toner! So far, I haven't found any aspects that need improvement or leave me wanting more. Even if the price goes up, I'll likely continue using this toner faithfully.
