The only positive might be the Caudalie brand reputation? To be honest, I was surprised by the high rating. *Tingling sensation. Usually, you can use toners with cotton pads as a mask substitute, but this one is so irritating that it's impossible to do so. *Very strong fragrance. The scent itself isn't bad, but when you apply it to your face, it feels intensely like you're disinfecting your skin. *After wiping with a cotton pad, your face might feel like it's cracking. Instead of feeling soft and smooth, the product evaporates so quickly that your skin feels squeaky clean. Is this really from the Caudalie line? It's so disappointing that I wonder if this is the same Caudalie I've used before. The alcohol content makes it similar to Clinique's toner, giving a cool sensation when applied. It feels like it thoroughly removes excess oil. It's perfect for oily skin types during the summer months. Highly recommended for oily, combination, or sebum-rich skin. Not advisable for dry skin types. Use this toner alongside the serum and moisturizer from the same line. If you experience any irritation, consider applying it only to your T-zone.
