The only positive might be the Caudalie brand reputation? To be honest, I was surprised by the high rating. *Tingling sensation. Usually, you can use toners with cotton pads as a mask substitute, but this one is so irritating that it's impossible to do so. *Very strong fragrance. The scent itself isn't bad, but when you apply it to your face, it feels intensely like you're disinfecting your skin. *After wiping with a cotton pad, your face might feel like it's cracking. Instead of feeling soft and smooth, the product evaporates so quickly that your skin feels squeaky clean. Is this really from the Caudalie line? It's so disappointing that I wonder if this is the same Caudalie I've used before. I probably won't buy it again. - so******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedSep 10, 2021
As someone with oily skin that gets extra greasy in summer, I used this line's toner, serum, and moisturizer together. The alcohol content makes it similar to Clinique's toner, giving a cool sensation when applied. It feels like it thoroughly removes excess oil. It's perfect for oily skin types during the summer months. Highly recommended for oily, combination, or sebum-rich skin. Not advisable for dry skin types. Use this toner alongside the serum and moisturizer from the same line. If you experience any irritation, consider applying it only to your T-zone. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 16, 2021
It feels cleansing and purifying, but without the harsh alcohol scent. I think it's a great exfoliating toner, similar to Clinique's. Those who dislike the sensation of intense cleansing might not enjoy this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedSep 25, 2020
I use this as the first step after cleansing, and it feels so refreshing and invigorating! The scent is also pleasantly subtle. I tried this instead of my usual Clinique toner because it contains alcohol, and I'm quite satisfied! It gives a sensation of quick absorption as the alcohol evaporates. Due to the alcohol content, those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. For those with dry skin, it might feel a bit drying after application, but I think it's still good to use as the first step in your routine. It feels incredibly refreshing when you use it not just on your face, but also behind your ears and on your neck! - su*****Combination SkinAcne SkinMay 27, 2020
Occasionally using this seems great for removing excess oil and dead skin cells It can be irritating for dry skin and feels quite drying. It's like disinfecting your face... The scent is overwhelmingly strong. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 27, 2020
I used this after cleansing and loved how it left my skin feeling clean without any tightness. When used alone, it felt a bit dry after a while. But when I paired it with an essence and emulsion, it was perfect! No blemishes appeared, and I really enjoyed using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 30, 2019
I suddenly developed adult blemishes and after researching, I found many positive reviews, so I decided to purchase. After trying the samples, I liked the entire blemish line so much that I bought the whole set. When using it, there was no skin redness or irritation. My blemishes appeared recently, and I usually have super sensitive skin. Well... when I used it during a severe blemish breakout, there was a burning sensation and tingling feeling. It might be best to discontinue use if it feels irritating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 10, 2019
I chose this for its fresh, grassy scent. It works well as an exfoliating toner, effectively managing excess oil. The issue seems to be that it removes too much oil. It left my skin feeling dry and was slightly irritating for me.
