After using it for about 3 months, I can confidently say it reduces skin heat sensitivity. I often used it as a toner pack on cotton pads while drying my hair, and it's great for soothing the skin. The scent is a subtle, pleasant blend of green tea and mugwort that isn't overpowering. The container was a bit inconvenient. My product leaked slightly from the side when using it, so I had to transfer it to another container. I initially bought this product after seeing it listed as a best-seller on another site with positive reviews. As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I don't usually use exfoliating toners. I decant it into a spray bottle, mist it on several times, and pat it in to absorb. After multiple layers, it leaves a slightly rich feeling, which works well for my dry skin. When I used to use the Dokdo Toner, my skin felt too dry, but with this one, I experience less dryness. I've even repurchased it after finishing two bottles. Only after repurchasing did I check the ingredient list on Hwahae and noticed it contains some cautionary ingredients. Fortunately, it didn't cause any blemishes for me, but it seems many others have had issues with it. I love that I can use AHA and BHA exfoliating ingredients daily without realizing it. The subtle mugwort scent when applying is also delightful. The large size makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around in dorms or while traveling. Since it contains only a small amount of exfoliating ingredients, it doesn't give a complete dead skin cell removal sensation. Great for super sensitive skin, affordable, and really calming. The large quantity is perfect for generous application. The large size can be inconvenient to use, and you'll need a separate container to dispense it. I bought this primarily for exfoliation rather than soothing, and it's better than I expected! People with super sensitive skin might find it a bit irritating when applied. The generous amount and mild formula make it an excellent exfoliating toner. I've gone through more than three bottles! With my dry skin, it feels a bit light during the peak of winter, but it's great for summer use.

The amount is generous and it's great! There's no stickiness, which I really like. I highly recommend it. I can't think of any drawbacks. To be honest, my skin is a mess due to acne and extremely oily skin, but this product worked well for me. Haha, it's so hydrating and moisturizing! Great value for the large size. Convenient to use with cotton pads. I used to have flawless, egg-white skin. I could use any old cream lying around the house, even a year past its expiration date, without getting a single bump. My friends would suddenly exclaim, 'Wow, your skin looks amazing!' during conversations. That's how good my skin was. In winter, my usual soothing gel wasn't enough to combat dryness, so I bought this from S for the first time (cream + toner). Since then... tiny bumps started appearing gradually, and now... sigh. I've never had skin like this in my life. While searching YouTube, I downloaded the Hwahae app to check ingredients and reviews. I found I wasn't alone in my experience. So, I'm leaving this review to prevent others from suffering the same fate. I strongly recommend not buying this. The photo only shows my forehead, but my cheeks and chin are also covered in blemishes, and the redness is no joke. I recommend not buying it. If it happens to work for your skin, try keeping it in the fridge and using it as a mask with cotton pads. It might help reduce facial heat...
