I didn't have any particular troubles, but instead, I need to do a thorough second cleanse to ensure no residue is left behind. 😊Usage: Since I don't usually wear heavy makeup, it's enough to remove simple base makeup or sunscreen. It's not too much and gently cleanses without irritation. It doesn't sting my eyes when removing light eye makeup. 😊Texture: Just the right consistency, not too thick or too thin - just like a lotion! It's also great that it's fragrance-free.
Cons
If I had to point out something, it's that the cleansing power is not as strong as an oil cleanser. For heavy eye or lip makeup, it's best to first use an oil cleanser and then follow up with this milk cleanser. Ah, and be sure to do a second cleanse! Pros
The product is soft and most importantly, the ingredients are safe. Haha Even heavy makeup can be removed to a certain extent, but mascara still needs separate cleansing!!! I also feel uneasy about foundation, so I do double cleansing with a regular face wash. There might be a love-hate relationship with the feeling of having a moisturizing layer after washing.
Cons
The price is quite high unless it's on sale..Ugh.. But it's hard to find a product of this quality.

Pros

If you are worried about acne from the oiliness of cleansing oil or feel tightness from the dryness of cleansing water, cleansing milk seems appropriate. I am satisfied with the good ingredients. There are many types of cleansers, but the cleansing milk was the least irritating to my skin and was a good mild product that helped restore my skin's balance. The formula is a milky lotion-type cleansing milk that gently dissolves makeup and works well for daily makeup removal. Pros
I personally didn't prefer milky-type cleansers, but this product changed my mind after trying it! I usually wear long-lasting makeup, but this product was able to remove it all with just one use! Plus, the finish was moisturizing and left no tightness on my skin.
Cons
I had to pump it several times more than I expected to be able to thoroughly remove all of my makeup.
