Wow... It's not completely smudge-proof like in the ads, but I've finally found an eyeliner that barely smudges, even on my monolids! It hardly smears when you rub it, though I noticed a bit of powder fallout if you touch it. There's some slight smudging on the lower lash line, but that's expected since I have monolids and dry skin, so I tend to apply various products on my face. The staying power is fantastic and it's truly waterproof! But honestly, I really love it!
