I snagged this at a great price during a sale! It's incredibly smooth to apply, making it super easy to use. It tends to smudge easily. The color payoff is instant and vibrant. It applies smoothly, and the black shade really makes your eyes pop. I use it daily for a defined look. This eyeliner really holds up well, even on my eyes that tend to smudge with every other liner I've tried. The shimmer in it seems to irritate my eyes a bit. Also, it's quite soft, so it wears down too quickly... It's good, but that's disappointing. The color payoff is vibrant, but what's truly impressive is its staying power! It has a creamy texture that's easy to apply, which is why I keep using it consistently. Hmm... It's not a completely deep black, but has some shimmer in it. Those who like a bit of sparkle might enjoy this. To be honest, it didn't really suit my eyes. I bought three different colors, but this one is my least favorite. I clicked on it after seeing an Instagram ad, and watched a video claiming it doesn't smudge at all. I was skeptical but hopeful when I bought it, thinking it might not really smudge. But alas, I still ended up with panda eyes. I have very oily skin, so I've been searching for a truly smudge-proof eyeliner, but it seems they all give me raccoon eyes to some extent. Maybe I haven't found the right product yet... Doesn't smudge. Excellent staying power. Even when I check my eyes after work in the evening, the liner looks just as it did when I applied it in the morning. Glides on smoothly. The color payoff is light, requiring multiple applications. It's quite soft, so you need to control the pressure carefully when applying. I found it convenient to use as there's a tip for applying it thinly, and I could sharpen it each time I used it. I have double eyelids, but this product smudged too easily and had poor staying power. I bought it based on the advertisement, but I'm disappointed with the results. 
ye*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 13, 2020It's really hard to remove. You have to scrub vigorously even with cleansing oil. I used this product just once, applying it near the delicate under-eye area. The next day, the area where I applied it turned red and looked like a stye had formed. I'm not sure if there's an issue with the ingredients or if it's just so difficult to remove that leftover residue caused blemishes. I ended up tossing it after one use. I wasn't sure if it was just me, so I checked the Hwahae app and found another person with a similar experience. It seems some people don't react well to it, so use with caution! It applies smoothly with rich color and doesn't smudge, which is great When I smile widely, it creases a bit, giving me slight panda eyes. I wish it didn't have shimmer
