In terms of color rarity, I think it's even harder to find than ginger shades. At first, it looked too dull, but once applied, it created an elegantly subtle contour that I was extremely satisfied with. I only applied it to the outer part of the eyelid. What's great is that the texture isn't rough or chalky - the particles are fine and it feels smooth.
ConsIt might darken your skin tone a bit. I have a deep undertone, so I don't apply it all over the eyelid, just to the outer corner and the crease. Be careful with the amount you use - it's subtle, but if you layer too much, the color can intensify by the afternoon and look extremely dark.
TipI recommend combining it with ginger and fresco shades.

If you're a beauty enthusiast or a self-proclaimed beauty junkie, you're probably already familiar with Laura Mercier. The texture is smooth and velvety, with no clumping or settling into fine lines. It blends seamlessly onto the skin. The pigmentation is excellent, allowing for good color payoff with just one application. Unlike some shadows that can be overly intense right away, Laura Mercier's formula gives a more buildable, medium coverage that doesn't scream 'I just applied eyeshadow!' The generous amount of product means one purchase could easily last you over a year.
ConsI've been using it so well that I haven't noticed any particular drawbacks.

This beast of a shade is so versatile, it'll fit seamlessly into any cool-toned makeup look you throw at it! On pink makeup days, it's perfect for creating depth and dimension. When you're rocking a grey look, it adds just the right touch of life to keep you from looking too washed out. I've tried many budget-friendly options, but nothing beats Fresco. It works hard and delivers every time!
ConsAny chance of releasing a mini version? The current size is absolutely massive... It's almost too much to handle!

ConsThe contour shade is a bit dull and has a reddish tint, which is slightly disappointing.

It has quite a reddish undertone, making it less suitable for warm-toned people to use as a contour. While Ginger is the epitome of neutral tones, this one is more suited for cool-toned folks. However, the Ginger + Fresco combination is absolute perfection, I'm telling you. It creates a subtle, dimensional look without seeming like you've done much. The color payoff is just gorgeous... no wonder it's a steady favorite!
ConsSwatching on hands and feet is a no-go! I'm not sure if it's specific to Laura Mercier products or due to the fine texture, but when you swatch it with your fingers, it clumps and looks awful. A brush is absolutely essential.
TipMay you find enlightenment with the Ginger + Fresco + Baroque combination!

The color turned out even prettier than I expected. It's a versatile shade that suits both cool and warm tones. I have some cool undertones but lean more towards a deep undertone, and I'm 100% satisfied with Fresco! The powder is incredibly fine, and the pigmentation is excellent. Just a quick swipe with a brush once or twice, topped with a pearlescent or satin eyeshadow, and it's perfect.
ConsFor those with a completely cool complexion, I think Cashmere might be better than Fresco, as Fresco has a slight reddish tint. Oh, and if any Laura Mercier representatives are listening, please stock up on Fresco! The only drawback would be its limited availability.

When applied lightly, it looks absolutely gorgeous.
ConsThe color is a bit intense. If it were slightly more translucent, it would be completely my style. When applied a bit too heavily, it can give the impression of bruising.

It's a well-known product with a price tag to match. After much deliberation, I decided to purchase it, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how versatile it is as a base shade without being too tone-specific. There's absolutely no excess powder fallout, and it's perfect for creating depth and dimension. I was worried it might be too cool-toned or overly pink, but it's not as intense as I feared.
ConsThe only potential drawback is that the color payoff isn't very intense. Those who prefer highly pigmented shadows might be disappointed. It applies more like a soft watercolor wash.
TipThis product works perfectly as a base eyeshadow. For best results, use it as a foundation and then layer on a different shadow as your accent color to create beautiful depth and dimension.

It gives your eyes a captivating, alluring look that's absolutely gorgeous.
ConsThere's absolutely nothing to complain about. The color is truly stunning, and it excels in every aspect - application, longevity, and pigmentation are all perfect.

Although I have a summer cool undertone, I was worried that too much grayish-purple would make me look bruised, so I chose Fresco instead of Cashmere. However, it's warmer than expected - not quite a cool-toned shadow, but not warm-toned either... Maybe it's neutral? This means it's a shadow that anyone can use. Still, if you apply a cool base, it brings out the cool tones. The color is exactly like a dried rose! The particles are incredibly fine.
ConsAs mentioned above, it's neither cool nor warm, but a bit in-between? If you apply multiple layers, the color becomes very deep, so be careful with the amount you use.
