I was amazed at how effectively it removes sebum after using it. The foaming is incredible even with just a small amount, and the cleansing effect is remarkably strong.
The excessive oil on my face was completely removed, leaving it spotless. This is truly deep cleansing!!! Those with dry skin may not be able to use this. If you do want to try it, it's best to use it only in the summer.
The best part is that it completely removes the sebum clogged in my pores. Even when using other products, some sebum would remain, making my pores look unsightly and dirty. But with this product, there's no trace of that left after cleansing. The clean, clear pores are so satisfying to see.

A friend brought this back as a gift from their travels. It seems like a mild and gentle product. After cleansing, my skin feels moisturized without any tightness.

When I first used it, my skin felt a bit tight after cleansing, but it gets better as I got used to it.

It's more like a mud-textured cleansing foam.
While it feels soft when you're using it, it leaves your skin feeling dry afterwards. It was manageable in the summer, but as fall came, it started to feel tight.
I had to immediately use a toner or face pack after using it.
The biggest downside is the thick, sticky texture that's difficult to dispense. You have to press down hard with your fingers.
Even though there's product left in the container, it's hard to get it out, so you'd have to cut open the packaging, but then it would probably harden like mud.

The effect: After using this, I could see that the clogged whiteheads and blackheads were slightly coming up. If you wipe them off with a cotton swab or something, it's great. But it doesn't seem to be of much help in pore reduction.
My impression: Cleansing is honestly not much different from other products. It cleans reasonably well. But it feels a bit too squeaky, like the moisture barrier has been stripped a bit too much.. It probably won't be great for dry skin types.

The product information states that it is fragrance-free, but it has a strong mud scent.

I bought it as a Japanese souvenir and have been using it, but I don't really know any particular good points about it. It's not overly drying after cleansing. It's not extremely moisturizing either, but it seems to provide adequate moisture after cleansing.

True to its clay name, it has powerful cleansing abilities along with accompanying dryness. I really feel like I need to have something on hand in the bathroom to apply right after cleansing.

Since green does not seem to be available on Hwahae, I am writing an alternative here.

1. Sebum Reduction
In the mornings after makeup, by nighttime there was a noticeable amount of sebum buildup on my face. Extreme stress.
But after using this, at night I no longer see as much visible sebum buildup. I definitely feel like the sebum and oil production has decreased.
2. Pore Minimization
To be honest, the pore minimization is not very noticeable. But in my experience...?! With the reduced sebum visibility, I also feel like my pores have become smaller. I never had blackheads to begin with.
