The inconvenience is that it's not sold domestically, so I have to order and wait for it.

I apply the appropriate amount of the toner on a cotton pad and gently wipe it across my face. I always use the toner after cleansing my face. I used to not apply anything after cleansing due to concerns about breakouts, but now I make sure to apply the toner both in the morning and at night.
