Ah, it's a refreshing and gentle toner that finishes without any irritation. After using it as an exfoliating toner, I find it's a worry-free product when I need to replenish my skin. While I wouldn't say it's absolutely amazing, the fact that it has no side effects and leaves my skin feeling moisturized makes me keep coming back to it. There's hardly another toner that matches up. It's a great choice when you need a reliable, no-fuss toner. I keep repurchasing this product because it's consistently good without causing any blemishes after use. It seems gentle on the skin, and it's become my go-to item. This is the only toner I'm using now! I can't really think of any downsides. Maybe just the fact that you have to order it from overseas? I apply it by gently wiping it across my face using a cotton pad with a suitable amount of product. I always use toner this way after cleansing. Due to blemishes, I used to avoid applying anything after washing my face, but I've found that using toner both day and night is actually better than using nothing at all. Surprisingly, my concerns about blemishes have decreased since I started this routine. However, except when I'm wearing makeup, I'm still only using toner after cleansing. I always experienced tingling and a burning sensation when using toners before, but this one doesn't cause any irritation, which is great The hydration doesn't seem to last very long. It seems really gentle and great for sensitive skin! It might be too mild, almost like you're just applying water. It doesn't feel like it's doing much.

It left my skin smooth and clean without any drying effects of alcohol. It was also gentle. When I applied this using a cotton pad, I saw dirts and bits of makeup coming out, so it obviously had cleansing effects. I honestly do not think toners have dramatic effects, so it was kind of a waste of money to me. I first tried this toner in 2012 and it's still part of my daily routine. Regardless of whether my skin is having a good or bad day, I always use this toner right after cleansing. It's easily available in Australian pharmacies and supermarkets, and the price is wallet-friendly. Plus, it's often on sale, so I always make sure to stock up with at least 2 or 3 bottles when I see it on the shelf. If I don't, it's often sold out because so many people are after it! The downside of its popularity is that it's often out of stock at the Neutrogena counter. So when you do spot it, you feel compelled to buy multiple bottles at once, which can be a bit inconvenient. I use it in various ways by applying it with a cotton pad. I highly recommend this for those with dry and super sensitive skin all year round. You can often snag this at a discounted price, which is great for the wallet. It's gentle on the skin and generally suitable for most people. If you don't have sensitive skin, you might find it a bit too basic. Since it doesn't contain alcohol, it didn't cause much irritation to my sensitive skin - just the right level for an exfoliating toner! I've never experienced a fragrance this overpowering, even for strongly scented products...
