It's really great! My skin has improved. It's amazing that my skin has become clearer even without any whitening ingredients. After getting a skin laser treatment at the university hospital, I had severe burning sensations, extreme dryness, and intense heat. But when I applied this product, the dryness was relieved, the heat subsided, and the redness decreased! Also, the reddish-brown discoloration from the burn is gradually returning to normal!! The price is expensive, so I switched to a more affordable low-molecular hyaluronic acid ampoule. However, I noticed that my pores expanded and I experienced heat, so I found out that low-molecular hyaluronic acid is not good for sensitive skin. So I just diligently use the Hwahae ampoule.
Cons
In the morning, I wanted to apply it, but the sunscreen with white cast was bothering me. Since I don't wear makeup, it doesn't matter, but the sunscreen was causing a white cast, so I switched to one without white cast. The price of 55,000 won for 100ml is also disappointing, and the inconvenience of having to purchase it from a dermatologist is also regrettable, but it seems to be the best for sensitive/reactive skin types. (High-molecular hyaluronic acid is said to be good for sensitive skin. Low-molecular hyaluronic acid can be absorbed deeper and may react more sensitively for sensitive skin types!)
Tip
After cleansing, apply the product thinly and absorb it into the skin using a layering method for 5 times. Finish with a cream (MD cream) as the final step. (Since I have sensitive skin, I don't apply any other creams or lotions.)

I highly recommend the Hwahae for dry, sensitive skin. I used to have combination skin, but after receiving a freckle laser treatment, my skin became dry even in the summer, which was really difficult. So I tried the hyaluronic ampoule recommended by the dermatologist, even though it was expensive, and I was able to escape the dry skin! I recommend this to those with dry skin!
Cons
If the skincare products are not properly and sufficiently absorbed, the makeup may peel off like a stain.
Tip
Apply a small amount of the product using the dropper to the desired area, then gently pat and spread it around with your fingers. It's also a good idea to apply a base layer to your hands before using the product. That way, none of it goes to waste once your hands have fully absorbed it.

Due to inflammatory acne troubles, I tend to have a lot of breakouts, but after using this, my skin has improved a lot. My skin's moisture level has significantly improved, and it seems to be good for sensitive skin.
Cons
Dermatology clinics are the only places where it can be purchased. The volume is 100ml, so it's difficult to bring it along when traveling. It would be great if smaller sizes were available as well.

The product had great moisture and absorption, but it didn't suit me, so I'm not using it.
Cons
I'm not able to use it as I've developed more acne that doesn't suit me.

It has a high capacity and when applied during breakouts, it quickly makes blemishes disappear.
Cons
There are no downsides. The watery formulation is quickly absorbed.

Since it has a large capacity and a liquid formulation, you can layer it multiple times without any burden!
Cons
My skin condition is very sensitive and dry due to frequent recurrence of folliculitis and dermatitis. I don't have acne. Since my skin is dry, hyaluronic acid products don't seem to work well for me. When I apply them, my skin immediately becomes very dry. So I'm not sure if they are effective.
Tip
I don't apply it directly to my skin, but when doing an aloe pack, I soak the sheet mask in this ampoule instead of water. This way, it's more moisturizing and I can keep the pack on for longer. ^^

The moisturizing power is exceptional. I was prescribed it by a dermatologist. My skin feels deeply hydrated and supple. Overall, the texture of my skin has improved as well.
Cons
I'm not sure yet. There are many and the price is affordable, so the only downside I can think of is that the container is a bit large to carry around when working out.
Tip
I purchased the moisturizing ampoule from a dermatologist clinic, which is much more affordable than the regular moisturizing ampoule you can find at stores like Olive Young. The amount is also significantly more. I'm considering continuing to use this prescription-only product going forward.

It absorbs quickly. It has a flowing, non-sticky texture.

Available for purchase only at hospitals Must be layered multiple times

It seems to be able to provide hydration. After washing my face, I can apply it right away to reduce the heated sensation on my face.
Cons
There are some sticky moments until it's fully absorbed, and I get a feeling of something pulling in my stomach.

My mom went to the dermatologist and got this, and it was great. It felt moisturized, supple, and plump without any tightness or dryness.
Cons
The downside is that it's only available at dermatology clinics, so it's difficult to obtain.
