I received this toner as a sample with my purchase of the Concentrated Serum. For a toner, it's incredibly hydrating. In summer, layering this with an exfoliating toner might be all you need.

I don't usually have very dehydrated skin, but on days when it feels particularly dry, I soak a cotton pad with this and leave it on for about 5 minutes. It works wonders!

Apart from having to guess how much is left by the weight or the sloshing sound when I use it, I don't have any real complaints.
