  It's wonderfully hydrating for dry skin after just one application. It's a safe choice that didn't cause any blemishes.

  Unlike most modern cosmetics, the fragrance is overpowering. As someone sensitive to scents, I found it off-putting. If they could improve the fragrance, I think it would be a reliable toner to always have on hand.

  I fell in love with its fragrance first - it doesn't smell like traditional herbal cosmetics at all! It applies lightly but keeps my skin hydrated for a long time, which I really appreciate.

  The price compared to the amount you get is a bit steep, to be honest. Also, the opaque container makes it difficult to see how much product is left.

  Love the glass bottle. Even when my skin feels parched long after cleansing, a few spritzes gently patted in brings my complexion back to life with hydration.

  Cons

  A few ingredients could be improved. Wish it had a unique Yeonjak scent. The fragrance is quite common - similar to Dr. Jar* Ceramid* and Make Pr* Idebenone* ampoules.

  Tip

  I'd consider repurchasing when it's on sale.

  As someone with extremely dry and sensitive skin who can't use just anything, I fell in love after trying the generously-sized sample kit and ended up purchasing the full-size products. I usually prefer runny textures, so I was surprised by how the Yonka Essential Toner, despite being watery, kept my skin hydrated for so long. It has a rich feel that seems to penetrate deep into the skin. I've been using the toner and concentrate together for two months now, and not only has it addressed my skin's dryness, but most importantly, my complexion has become brighter and more even. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results!

  While the price is a bit steep, the effectiveness makes it well worth using.

  Tip

  I recall reading in another review that after switching to the full Yonka line, there was a period of about two weeks where they experienced some minor breakouts, as if the skin was purging. Following their advice, I continued using the products, and those issues disappeared. Now my skin tone is improved and my complexion is smoother.

  Pros

  It's moisturizing and non-irritating, which is great. If you apply it to your face and then use the First Care Activating Serum, it becomes even more hydrating. It feels like it has a longer-lasting effect.

  Cons

  There's not really anything negative to say about it.

  Tip

  I use this before the concentrate. Sometimes I also use it when removing cleanser. It's a gentle, hydrating toner that's not heavy on the skin.
