The particles are so coarse that they almost look like pigments at first glance, but when you apply them to the eyelids, the shimmer just sparkles and shines~ So on days when I'm doing a sultry eye makeup look for Sentimental Mood Day, I use this as the final touch, applying it carefully to the center of the eyelids.
