2. It's difficult to apply the hair pack to the hair.
You have to spread out the hair pack and tuck all your hair into it, then seal it with a sticker. But if your hair is long, it's quite difficult to get it all in. The tip is to just try to get it up to your ears - that way, you can get it on more neatly!

3. Not suitable for people with sensitive scalps.
As it's a steam pack, it gradually gets warmer and warmer while you're using it. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but my mom, who has a very sensitive scalp, found it quite irritating when she used it.

4. The total usage time is long.
