There's absolutely nothing good about this... Seriously, not a single positive thing. I can't understand why this is called a gentle shampoo. I usually have skin of steel that never gets blemishes, but since I started using this, I've been getting cystic acne and countless pimples that I've never experienced in my life. The scent seems quite nice. I didn't experience any irritation. The ingredients are a bit disappointing. It's on the pricey side. The texture might be hit or miss for some people.

I love the subtle fragrance. It leaves my hair feeling moisturized after washing. A friend of mine tried it and said it revived her curls, so she bought it too. This shampoo fulfills its purpose perfectly without any drawbacks. The main downside is the difficulty in purchasing it. I have to either buy it during trips to Japan or pay for international shipping, which is quite inconvenient.
