1. My super sensitive skin with deep dryness didn't experience any irritation. In fact, it felt uniquely soft, probably due to its creamy foam texture, which sets it apart from other cleansing products. 2. I love that there's no tightness after cleansing! As someone with extremely dry skin, my face usually feels tight within seconds after washing, but with this product, the hydration lasted much longer! Incredibly gentle with zero skin irritation. Highly recommended for those with super sensitive skin who often experience deep dryness after cleansing! I love that the foam comes out instantly, it feels moisturizing, and there's minimal skin irritation. It's fantastic that I can use it with my baby too! If you use a lot, the scent can be overpowering. Also, it seems like there isn't much product in the container.

This cleanser is incredibly gentle and soft! While I haven't tried many foam cleansers, when you first spray this one, it produces an amazingly rich foam. It cleanses my face effectively without any irritation. It's perfect for those lazy mornings when you want something quick and gentle to use. Everyone should make this part of their morning routine! As a B.plain addict, here's my only reservation - and it's not that Donkey isn't good! I just love the exfoliating particles in B.plain, as that stimulation feels great to me. It's not that Donkey doesn't remove sunscreen well or anything. I just find the cooling sensation of B.plain's particles so refreshing. So, in the evenings, I use B.plain first, then Donkey second. The foam comes out as a mousse type, allowing for gentle use without irritation. While the scent may be divisive, it has a milk-like fragrance that isn't particularly bothersome. As it's a mild product, I've been using it comfortably. This product alone can't completely remove a full face of makeup. For thorough cleansing, you'll need to double cleanse. The cleansing effectiveness isn't bad at all! On days when I wear sunscreen, I use this for my first cleanse and follow up with another cleanser. When I wear makeup, I remove it first, then cleanse with this to finish. After washing, my skin feels clean but not dry... that's exactly what I like, and this product delivers. It's incredibly soft like whipped cream, and the rich lather suggests it's gentle on the skin. When I wear more than just sunscreen, I feel like I need to double cleanse to feel truly clean. Using this twice in a row left my skin a bit red, possibly from over-drying. Also, the gas-like scent when you pump it out is a bit off-putting. Despite this, I haven't found a cleanser to replace it yet, so I'm still using it. I use different cleansers for morning and evening, and this one's my go-to for mornings. It's gentle, non-irritating, has a lovely scent, and I absolutely love it for my morning cleansing routine. Hmm... It's a bit disappointing when it comes to removing makeup in the evening.

I've been using this for half a year now and can't go back to regular foam cleansers. The price is quite steep. Unfortunately, it's not travel-friendly... Just a gentle squeeze dispenses enough for one cleanse, so use it sparingly to make it last!
