I've been using it twice a day, morning and evening, as a toner, applying it like an ampoule. I've noticed that my skin has become more moisturized lately. Honestly, when I first bought it, I was worried that since it's described as a 'water-based' product, it might be too sticky and have poor absorption, but it's actually the opposite - it's not very sticky and absorbs well. In humid weather, I just use 2 layers of the water-based toner and a small amount of gel cream, which works well.
