ConsThe blemish coverage is moderate. It tends to settle into fine lines around the nose and smile lines.

The serum-like scent gives the illusion that it might be beneficial for the skin.
ConsSigh... I've always had great compatibility with Dr. Jart+ products. I've been loyally using their BB cream Silver for a long time, and their skincare line has been consistently good for me. So when I heard about the Cicapair serum, I was excited to purchase it. However, while it's moisturizing, it lacks coverage. Applying more doesn't improve the coverage either. It breaks down easily and clings to the nose area. I guess base products really do vary from person to person. This product was so disappointing that I gave it away to someone else, who actually ended up liking it. Even a certain YouTuber said it was decent. Take this into consideration.

ConsI was deceived by an Olive Young employee into buying this. When I asked for a product with good hydration that creates a dewy complexion, they recommended this (probably pushing it in their store). First off, it's far from moisturizing - it actually makes my skin feel dry. Touch-ups are impossible because it's so drying, emphasizes dead skin cells terribly, and settles into pores and around the nose immediately after application. No matter how much skincare I layer underneath, it still settles in - without fail. I was somewhat comforted by the cica and peo ingredients, thinking they'd soothe my sensitive skin, but instead, I got more blemishes. I checked on Hwahae and found it's not even free of harmful ingredients. In short, it's the worst cushion ever. It's even worse than the free cushions you sometimes get as gifts with online cosmetics purchases. And it's expensive too. I'm going to toss it after using it twice.

ConsIt quickly turns matte even on combination dehydrated skin. I heard it would finish with a dewy look, and when I tested it on the back of my hand, it was somewhere between semi-matte and matte, probably because I applied a lot. When applied to the face, it feels like it will turn matte soon even if it's initially moisturizing. It emphasizes flakiness around the nose and dead skin cells, and doesn't adhere well to the skin. It pills when you try to layer it. Not great for touch-ups. Update: In the morning, after thoroughly moisturizing and applying a hydrating base, then patting it on with a damp puff, it became semi-matte. Definitely not suitable for touch-ups. However, during my commute to work, it turned matte and emphasized flakiness around the nose and dead skin cells.
