With its peach base, my complexion becomes radiant when I apply this before foundation. I've been using it for several bottles now! There's not really anything to complain about, except for the wicked price tag! I only use this for full makeup looks. When I apply this instead of sunscreen and then layer Chanel foundation or cushion on top, it gives a beautiful, luminous finish. It's like an elegant radiance, if you will. There's just something special about that Chanel feeling. - ku*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 29, 2023
It absorbs with a thin, silky texture, leaving no sticky feeling and a powdery finish. Highly recommended for those with oily skin. This product is perfect for summer use. With its pink-tinted base, it brightens dullness when applied before cushion foundation, bringing your complexion to life. When you use this as a base and follow with foundation, you'll wonder what dark skin ever was. The staying power is impressive. While the price is inevitably steep due to it being a luxury brand, this product is definitely worth the investment. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 2, 2021
Great for achieving a glowy look. The effect is maximized when used with foundation or cushion from the same line. The scent isn't particularly pleasant. I don't see any notable benefits as a base (I actually got a headache). It's the kind of product that just ends up sitting on my vanity... Those with sensitive skin might experience itchiness. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedOct 11, 2021
Since its reformulation, it's less drying and noticeably more hydrating. It evens skin tone effectively and has good staying power, so your complexion doesn't quickly become dull. Apart from the high price, there's not much to complain about! - as*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 2, 2021
- Highly recommended for a no-makeup makeup look - Sufficient to use instead of sunscreen, and the peach color helps conceal minor skin imperfections and evens skin tone nicely - Less greasy than typical base products and gives a luminous glow - Dries faster than expected and feels a bit stiff to apply. Similar to a sunscreen with white cast? - Being a base product, it doesn't cover dark circles, redness, or blemishes at all - The price is absolutely wicked... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2020
Perfect for brightening under-eyes, cheekbones, chin, and nose bridge! I have freckles and my skin isn't translucent, but I dislike thick, high-coverage bases. I don't want to feel 'covered up' or have my skin feel suffocated and transferring everywhere. Yet I'm not into sheer coverage either - I still want some decent coverage. This product strikes the perfect balance and gives a radiant finish. When using it, I start with a generous layer of skincare, finish with a glowy sunscreen, then dab small amounts on under-eyes, cheekbones, T-zone, and chin. I blend Chanel's dewy stick along my face contours, perfect with Sulwhasoo's Perfecting Cushion in #21, and finish off with Benefit for skin perfecting. The result? My complexion looks peachy and juicy! Though I've stopped using powder puffs due to COVID, this still works wonderfully. The price, oh the price! My aunt, a Chanel enthusiast living in Japan, used to bring me several as gifts whenever she visited Korea. I didn't realize how precious they were until now. With COVID preventing her visits, the cost makes me think twice about repurchasing. It's great for spot application too! Personally, I dislike applying foundation on my neck to match my face color. It can transfer onto clothes, and it's annoying during cleansing - if not removed properly, it can cause irritation. Here's a little tip: apply a tiny amount just below your ears, near the lymph nodes. Blend it out gently for a natural, subtle brightening effect. It's a game-changer! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMar 26, 2020
I bought this product as a sunscreen alternative. It provides adequate skin protection while brightening my complexion, allowing for a fresh-faced yet radiant look. The finish is more on the slightly powdery side rather than feeling rich. It adheres to the skin exceptionally well, though it doesn't provide coverage. The brightening effect is great for layering with cushion foundations or liquid foundations. Since using this, I've actually reduced the amount of foundation I use when applying makeup. The scent is lovely, and the design is beautiful too - it's square-shaped but with slightly curved sides. I'll definitely repurchase! There's not really anything to complain about. I believe this line comes in three shades, so you should be able to find one that suits your complexion. I just chose the pink one because I thought it looked pretty! Everyone always says you must wear sunscreen! I use this as my sunscreen. When I'm not wearing makeup, it's my sunscreen. When I am wearing makeup, it's my base. One product, two uses - is that a pro tip? - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2020
It's worth the price... I loved the non-sticky, soft finish The high price point... The small amount... Sigh - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 7, 2020
Makes my face look radiant. Perfect for those days when I want to go out with a bare face and still look my best. I switched to this after using Peach C for a while. It seems to give my skin a slightly reddish tint. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 26, 2019
Natural-looking finish Lightweight and adheres well Brightens complexion Imparts a lively glow No cakiness Subtle shimmer creates a dewy effect Lovely fragrance Overall, I'm using this product without any major complaints. The only downside might be that the quantity is a bit small. Applying with hands works much better for absorption and adherence than using tools Excellent for achieving a natural, bare-faced look
