- Not irritating even for sensitive skin As someone with super sensitive skin, sunscreen was always the hardest product for me to choose. Since the ingredients tend to be quite strong, I tried various options. This one has high SPF and great ingredients, so I'm currently using my first bottle. I love that it doesn't cause any irritation or the occasional redness and itchiness that sometimes comes with applying sunscreen. - It has a white cast Since I don't wear makeup, I actually like this as it gives a brightening moisturizer effect. - Easy to apply with a thin consistency The thin consistency makes it easy to quickly apply on my face and body in the morning. Of course, since there is a white cast, it's best to pat it in well. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. I find the packaging cute and I'm using it with satisfaction. Remember to shake well before use! - pa********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2024
I bought this Atopalm product for my child to use during water play, as the ingredients seem quite good. While the absorption could be better, it's not particularly inconvenient to use. - na****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesJun 2, 2023
The watery texture made it easy to apply on my baby. Unlike sunscreens that need to be spread out, which my baby finds annoying, this one just glides on smoothly. It's too runny, and the cap doesn't close properly - there's barely any safety mechanism. My 17-month-old managed to open it and spill the entire contents. After using it only twice before it was all spilled, it's hard for me to evaluate its quality. - az*****Normal SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 25, 2023
I applied it all over my body without worry during water activities due to its great ingredients. It doesn't wash off easily. The noticeable difference in tanning between the areas where I applied it and where I didn't shows that it's effective. The mini size makes it convenient to carry in my beach bag. It can feel a bit stiff right after application, so you need to apply plenty of moisturizer before using it. - se********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 22, 2023
I apply this to my child's face and neck every morning, as they tend to sweat a lot. Since it's strong against sweat and water, it's become an essential part of our morning routine, especially now that the weather is getting warmer. As it's a mineral sunscreen, there's a white cast. It takes a bit of time to spread evenly. Applying this product alone can be time-consuming if you use too much, as it becomes overly white. So I've been mixing it with Atopalm Kids Daily Sun Care for easier application. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 3, 2023
I've been using this sunscreen on my elementary school kids since last summer. For a mineral sunscreen, it feels quite nice on the skin. Most importantly, it excels at its primary job of sun protection. We especially relied on it during water activities. I bought it as a set with their dedicated cleansing wipes, which made removal a breeze - no residue left behind after cleansing. There's a bit of a white cast, which is slightly disappointing, but I use it knowing that's typical for mineral sunscreens. It's a good idea to apply it all over the body, even when wearing a rash guard. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2022
I love that it comes with cleansing wipes. It's great that it doesn't wash off easily in water. It breaks down easily. The white cast is severe, and when water droplets touch it, it turns into white beads. - cu*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 6, 2022
I was desperately searching for a waterproof mineral sunscreen for my child to wear during water activities, and I finally found one from Atopalm. It's not only waterproof and mineral-based, but also comes in a sun milk formula. Being a sun milk, you need to shake it well before use. It has a white, runny texture that's surprisingly easy to apply for a mineral sunscreen. However, like most mineral sunscreens, it can leave a white cast, so you need to be careful with the amount you use. A little goes a long way in terms of coverage. When it comes in contact with water, it forms water-resistant beads, which made me worry it might be washing off. So, I did an experiment by applying it to half of my leg. The untreated part turned red, while the protected part didn't tan at all, proving its effectiveness. Despite some drawbacks, it works well, and since there aren't many waterproof mineral sunscreens available, I plan to keep using this one for now. The milk formula means it runs out quickly. I wish the bottle contained a bit more product. Also, the scent is... well, it's really unpleasant. If you don't apply it carefully, you might end up looking like a ghost, and it can feel sticky, causing hair to stick to your skin. - 68*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 22, 2022
The formula flows smoothly like water, so it seemed less likely to aggravate blemishes This is the worst white cast I've experienced from any sunscreen I've tried. It feels like there's an extra layer sitting on top of my skin. I expected a powdery finish since it's a mineral sunscreen, but it's incredibly sticky with zero adherence. The irritation was so bad I couldn't stand it for even 30 minutes and had to wash it off. After removing it with toner and applying a different sunscreen, this product caused pilling. It's really disappointing. I rushed to buy it on sale, but now I regret it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2022
It's great for kids to use. My 7-year-old firstborn has been using it since around their first birthday. The white cast might be liked or disliked depending on the person, but as a parent applying it on my children, I actually find it useful because I can tell whether it's been applied or not.
