I felt the effect was negligible compared to the price. It's not even a large amount. In fact, I didn't feel any effect at all, so I don't know what to write.
The milia are still there, and the dead skin hasn't really gone away either. It needs to be a bit stronger to get rid of them, as gentle application doesn't seem to do much.

For those not feeling much effect, I recommend gently patting it on with your hands. Your skin will be smooth the next day!

As others have mentioned, if you press down hard, it spurts out and splatters everywhere. It's really inconvenient having to clean up the surrounding area with tissues. I keep meaning to transfer it to another container, but my laziness prevents me from actually doing it every time.

Even though my skin recovers after being turned over, the sensitivity doesn't go away easily. I have a neutral sensitive skin type. I don't have much peeling, and since I'm sensitive, I can't use cotton pads and am using a mineral sunscreen.
In fact, it's fine to use cotton pads, but since my skin barrier is broken and turned over, I don't know when it might turn over again, so I've only used them a few times when testing. I wiped gently and there was no noticeable effect. It may be because I don't have much peeling. (I didn't have any peeling at all even when using a Mixsun bean essence for exfoliation.)
And when I use a mineral sunscreen, there's a bumpy, rough texture on my chin and cheek areas, but there's nothing visible to the naked eye. That didn't go away even with cleansing oil, foam, or exfoliation. Since I don't have much peeling and I'm lazy, I just applied it with my hands, and the next day the bumpy texture was gone. 
When I touch it, it's smooth. I really like this product just by itself! My laziness has unexpectedly turned into a lucky find.
There's nothing growing on my face, and it actually doesn't break out easily. Since my skin is sensitive, even just wearing makeup can cause pimples to appear. But after using this skin, pimples don't appear as easily. I thought it was only for people with a lot of peeling, but it works fine for those of us without much peeling too.

I have The Lab by Blanc Deu, Tory Dean, Laneige, and Carelnology, but this product gives me the smoothest skin.
I exfoliate once every 4 weeks (they say not to exfoliate too often for sensitive skin. It's better not to exfoliate at all, as the skin can exfoliate on its own.) But it seems I don't even need to do that, and can just use this product alone.

I also found it helpful to wipe the toner on areas where dead skin tends to build up, like the neck and behind the ears, using the leftover product on the cotton pad. I recommend applying it after cleansing when your skin is still a bit damp.

I received the product on October 23rd. At first, I thought the packaging was large, so I could use it for a long time. The pump format made it easy to apply to cotton pads. The fragrance is unscented, so there is a slight metallic smell, but it's not bothersome. In fact, the lack of added fragrances makes my skin feel healthier. As you can see in the photos, the formula is completely watery. It's not a viscous toner, but more like a runny liquid that flows right off the back of my hand. After cleansing, I simply smoothed out my skin texture with the toner on a cotton pad, and I didn't feel any stinging or irritation at all. I was worried the exfoliating toner might be harsh, but the formula is actually very gentle. Since I have a lot of sebum and blackheads/whiteheads around my nose and chin area, I focused on wiping those areas. The recommended usage is 2-3 times a week, but since I have oily skin, I used it morning and night daily. Even with the frequent use, there was no irritation or redness, and the built-up dead skin was removed, leaving my chin and brow areas looking cleaner. I sometimes use the leftover toner to wipe my neck and behind my ears as well. After applying the toner and letting it absorb, my face has a healthy, dewy glow. It's not an oily shine, but more of a hydrated, radiant look from within. With the improved skin texture, my makeup applies better and my pores don't get clogged as easily, so my sebum production is reduced. Even though I didn't pay for this myself, I would definitely repurchase it with my own money. I usually can't use strong skincare products, but this one was very gentle.
