The shimmer pearls are beautiful, and when they're on sale, you can get them for around 10,000 won, so they have great value for money.

The pink color has a lot of white undertones, so using it alone can be a bit overwhelming.

Applying it with your hands seems to give better adhesion.

This is a grateful product that has ended my long struggle between matte vs. dewy, and pearl vs. no pearl.☺☺ Since I have a lot of fat on my eyelids, pearl-containing products tend to make my eyes look more puffy, and matte products feel heavy. With my prominent double eyelid lines, eyeshadows often clump or get stuck in the creases, but this product doesn't have that issue. Color: The Bourjois eyeshadows don't look puffy and look natural. Lasting power: Lasts over 12 hours without fading. Doesn't dry out. Texture: Applies smoothly with the fingers without clumping. True to the reputation of the French national brand, the case looks expensive despite being made of clear plastic. The engraved brand logo on the side is a nice touch.

Actually, 30 years ago, Bourjois was famous for their blushes, and I tried about 3 of them, but back then I couldn't understand why they were so popular. 😦😦 I ended up throwing them away. 😠😠 The round dome-shaped compact reminded me of the rumor that Bourjois supplied their products to Chanel (eyeshadows, blushes). Both Bourjois and Chanel had the same dome-shaped compacts. Apparently, the current Chanel owner, the Wertheimer family, co-founded a perfume company with Bourjois' owner Pierre Wertheimer and perfumer Ernest Beaux. Now that I think about it, the built-in applicator brush didn't apply the product evenly. The built-in applicator is just for decoration.

I bought Bourjois eyeshadows and foundation, and they gave me a makeup brush set as a free gift. 😍 (October 2020) The built-in applicator is too small and inconvenient, so I just use it for display, and use the free gift brushes to apply the 4 different eyeshadow colors.
