I find it works better when I pour a bit into my hands rather than using it as an exfoliating toner.
ConsProbably due to the vitamin content, it stings a little if it gets in your eyes.

As someone who loves citrus scents, the fragrance is fantastic!
ConsIt stings a bit when I wipe near my eyes, though that might be because I'm not controlling the amount well. Also, it leaves my skin feeling slightly dry, but that's about it.

ConsWhile it doesn't cause major irritation on the skin, it stings my eyes. It also tingles when it touches any wounds, though this doesn't happen when my skin is healthy
TipI have extremely dry, thin, and super sensitive skin, so I avoid exfoliating toners. I find it's better to gently pat a slightly smaller amount twice, which leaves my skin more hydrated and feeling great

The scent is absolutely my cup of tea. It has a refreshing vitamin fragrance. It absorbs into the skin with excellent adherence when applied, and its consistency is perfect for a lightweight toner that glides on effortlessly!
ConsWhile there are no harmful ingredients, I noticed a slight tingling sensation when it gets into the eyes or on areas with blemishes.
TipI think this toner would work better as a nighttime product rather than for morning use!

The biggest win was getting it super cheap during my first purchase on their website. I also love that the ingredients are simple.
ConsMy eyes sting so much! I have to keep them tightly closed when applying, and even after it dries, opening my eyes can make them tear up. The glass container tends to show fingerprints. The scent is slightly fresh, but it might be hit or miss for some people.

Still, it's very lightweight among oil products with a fluid consistency. Despite my extremely oily skin that breaks out if I don't wash at midday, this didn't feel heavy at all. My family members, all with oily skin, also found it pleasant to use. - Hydration: It doesn't give an intense burst of moisture, but it does form a light hydrating layer. Unlike water toners that can sometimes leave a dry feeling even after absorption, this doesn't do that at all. No deep dryness. - Absorption: While not the fastest-absorbing product, it's quicker than most oil-based ones. It might pill under makeup, so it's better suited for night care. Plus, vitamin C is said to be best applied at night due to sun sensitivity. If using before makeup, allow plenty of time for absorption. - Skin texture: This was my favorite aspect. My pores are quite large and sagging, but this instantly smooths them out like a primer. After full absorption, pores become slightly more noticeable again, but still less so than before application, probably due to increased hydration. Despite potential pilling, this could help conceal pores if absorbed well before makeup. - Brightening: I didn't notice much brightening or whitening effect. - Scent: It has a fresh, citrusy scent typical of vitamin products. I didn't find it particularly strong, but it might be polarizing for some. - Usage: It's not suitable for toner masking. Being oil-based with vitamins, it might be too stimulating for prolonged skin contact and could cause blemishes on oily skin. I sometimes use it like an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad, which helps refine skin texture. - While it's best used when skin is relatively stable, its many benefits at an affordable price make me want to repurchase.
ConsWhile there don't seem to be any harmful ingredients, possibly due to the vitamin content, it stings badly if it gets in your eyes. On days when I've exfoliated or popped a pimple, leaving my skin red and sensitive, applying this feels like a burn on my face. It seems it should only be used when skin is in good condition. It might be too irritating for sensitive skin.

While there's no separate oil layer, the texture doesn't evaporate quickly like water-based products. Instead, you can really feel its rich, nourishing quality. It might be a bit heavy for midsummer, but it's perfect for this time of year! As someone with oily skin, I found that applying two layers was enough to skip moisturizer, and my makeup went on beautifully over it.
ConsThe vitamin content might be the culprit, but it stings if it gets into your eyes.

Initially, I was skeptical due to the incredibly low price, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how effective the product is. Let me start with a review of the toner, which I've already finished a whole bottle of. As someone with super sensitive skin, I've always stuck to 100% naturally derived skincare products, and this one is truly gentle with a lovely scent. When applied with a cotton pad before my skincare routine, it seems to excel at removing dead skin cells too! I think it's an incredibly cost-effective product for use as a daily toner, both morning and night.
ConsPerhaps due to some herbal ingredients, like with most cosmetics, it can sting if it accidentally gets into your eyes. On the bright side, it seems to have a cooling effect when it touches the skin. I'm using it up faster than expected - please consider making a larger size!
TipWhen you swipe it over your skin with a cotton pad before applying makeup, it seems to remove all the dead skin cells, allowing your makeup to apply smoothly without emphasizing any flaky patches.
