I bought this toner because my friend recommended it, but now I'm the one using it more! Its water-like texture makes it perfect for exfoliating. Even without chilling it, wiping my face with it feels so refreshing! With another scorching summer ahead, this will be great for soothing redness. Just a few drops on a cotton pad saturates it completely, making it ideal for the popular skin pack method. Usually, I like to keep good products to myself, but I really want more people to know about this one! Why aren't you using this multi-tasking marvel that exfoliates, hydrates, and calms the skin? Water-based toner enthusiasts, you absolutely must try this! Please make this available at Olive Young or LOHB's! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 13, 2020
These days, I live for the joy of using an exfoliating toner and doing skin packs! I used to only use an exfoliating toner before, you know? But I started feeling this deep dryness, if that makes sense? No matter what I applied, my skin felt dry. So I did some research and discovered skin packs! I heard water-based toners were easy to use, so I'm currently using the Louis Widmer Freshener!!! When I used to buy large cotton pads, they'd last over a month. Now I have to buy new ones every three weeks, haha! Being water-based, it's easy to saturate the cotton pads. I place the soaked pads on both cheeks, forehead, and chin - wherever it's dry - for about 5 to 10 minutes. My skin absorbs the toner completely and becomes so hydrated! It's been over a month since I started this, and my deep dryness has disappeared. My makeup also applies so smoothly now, which I love! If your skin feels dehydrated, try a skin pack with this! I wish they'd offer a larger size! The current one is fine, but I'd love to have more to work with! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 14, 2020
I'm already on my third bottle of this toner! It's so versatile - I use it as an exfoliating toner, and lately I've been putting it in an empty bottle to use as a mist. The watery texture is truly amazing! This Swiss derma brand seems to use only gentle ingredients, making it perfect for my super sensitive skin. It doesn't cause any tingling sensation even during sensitive periods. I haven't tried it in summer yet, but I think it would work great as a chilled skin pack. The volume is generous too, so I can use it liberally without running out quickly. I'm considering stocking up on multiple bottles next time! Human desire knows no bounds, I suppose. Even though the current size is good, I can't help wishing for an even larger volume! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 4, 2019
The ultimate exfoliating toner + skin pack combo (in my humble opinion, of course)! That's why I'm here to share a quick review. I've been using exfoliating toners for ages to remove leftover residue after cleansing. As for skin packs, I started doing them when autumn hit and my skin got super dry. I learned about it from a blog, and wow, it's been a game-changer! Can just 5 minutes really transform your skin this much? I used to have severe dryness and that tight feeling deep down, but nowadays it's completely gone. Is this the magic of skin packs? The toner itself has a water-like texture, so even a tiny squeeze soaks the cotton pad. It gives a cool, alcohol-like sensation that really helps calm my skin - especially during that time of the month! If you're dealing with dryness and blemishes like me, you've got to try this as a skin pack! Please give us a larger size! I can't bear using this amazing product in such small amounts! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 10, 2019
This toner is absolutely fantastic! I'm head over heels in love with it. I stumbled upon it while searching for a toner suitable for skin-packing, and it's a perfect match for me. When I soak a cotton pad and apply it to my skin, there's a slight alcohol scent, but it's not off-putting at all. It actually feels a bit cool, like a hint of mint? Being a dermacosmetic brand product, it has gentle ingredients, making it okay to use even when my skin is super sensitive. I've definitely noticed a difference since I started this simple skincare routine. Before, when I was stressed, my makeup wouldn't sit well and blemishes would pop up here and there. Now, my skin looks smooth, makeup applies beautifully, and I rarely get breakouts except during that time of the month. Am I on my way to becoming a self-proclaimed beauty? Haha! I may still have a long way to go, but now that I've gotten a taste of good skincare, I'm determined to keep up with a consistent routine. I wish they'd offer a larger size. I want to use it generously all over, but I'm trying to conserve it because I'm worried it'll run out too quickly. - so*********Dry SkinRecommendedSep 23, 2019
I've been using this toner as an exfoliating toner, and I absolutely love how it gives a cooling effect on my skin right after wiping. It's not an irritating cooling sensation, but more like a soothing one that seems to calm the skin. I feel like it's making my complexion clearer! Even though I have dry skin, I think this toner could work for all skin types. The price point offers good value for money, and the generous amount means you could even use it for a toner mask routine. This is definitely in my top 3 toners I've ever tried. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a light and refreshing toner that absorbs well. In my personal opinion, if you have super sensitive skin, I'd suggest patch testing before use. Some people might find the cooling sensation a bit intense, so it's better to be cautious. This works best when used as an exfoliating toner. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 6, 2019
In my personal opinion, I think this product could work for all skin types! Of course, if there's an ingredient that doesn't agree with you, it might not suit everyone. But when I tried it, I found it to be lightweight yet adequately hydrating, which was great! I've been trying various Louis Widmer products after liking one, and this is definitely one of my favorites. The generous amount means it lasts a long time too! It's perfect as an exfoliating toner rather than for absorption. When you wipe it off, there's a nice cooling effect. Louis Widmer is a Swiss brand that many might not know, but I hope it becomes more popular in Korea! I'm completely satisfied with how it feels on my skin. I sometimes use toners for mask packs with cotton pads, but due to the tingling sensation of this one, I'd recommend using it solely as an exfoliating toner! Those with super sensitive skin might find it irritating. Also, it's very watery, so I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for a highly absorbent ampoule toner. Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything else overall! Apply it with a cotton pad and wipe gently to effectively remove dead skin cells. - wv***Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 3, 2019
As someone with oily skin, I've always struggled with toners that felt like runny noses or essence-like formulas that made my skin greasy and sometimes even caused blemishes. That's why I've been sticking to water-based toners for years. However, some of them, while not making my skin oily, seemed to evaporate quickly, leaving my skin feeling dry. But this toner? It's a game-changer! It manages to control both issues perfectly, and I'm over the moon about it! For my oily skin, it's like a gift from heaven... I've been raving about it as my holy grail toner lately. I used to use two separate toners - an exfoliating one and a regular one - but since I started using the Louis Widmer Freshener, I've consolidated to just this one. These days, I love soaking a cotton pad generously and pressing it against my cheeks and chin - it's like a quick and easy mask that puts sheet masks to shame! With the changing seasons, my skin was feeling a bit dry in the mornings, but investing a little time with this toner before makeup keeps my skin hydrated and helps my makeup apply beautifully. It's absolutely fantastic! Oily-skinned folks will love how it doesn't make skin greasy, and for other skin types, I think it would work great in combination with other skincare products. If you're a toner nomad, give this a try - I highly recommend it! The only downside is that it's only available online and at duty-free shops, which is a bit inconvenient. When you pat it in with both hands, it absorbs in the blink of an eye!
