It absorbs well and effectively removes excess oil. It's a go-to product that I reach for often. I haven't been using it long enough to notice any downsides. The soap does harden, so you need to rinse thoroughly when cleansing.

I also love how easily it rinses off with just lukewarm water, leaving no residue behind. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that when the mask hardens, it becomes quite stiff and rigid, which might be a bit concerning for some people's skin.
