While this shampoo would be perfect for those with dry scalps, it was absolutely terrible for me with my oily scalp and seborrheic dermatitis. My scalp became even greasier, the odor persisted, and after about a week of use, my hair started falling out excessively. My scalp condition worsened to the point where I had to visit a dermatologist for prescription medication and medicated shampoo. My husband, who has a normal scalp, used about half the bottle before complaining that it didn't cleanse the oil well and left his scalp smelling. He ended up going to Olive Young to buy his own shampoo. I had high hopes due to the positive reviews, but I'm disappointed.

I loved the scent - it's similar to baby powder. The shampoo lathers up nicely with rich foam, and the ingredients are great too.

It's not recommended to mix the entire bottle with water. Instead, only mix a small amount - enough for a few uses - with a little water in a separate bottle. This makes pumping much easier and more convenient to use.
