The particles seem perfect for exfoliation. The coffee scent makes it suitable for most people, unless you dislike coffee. It's disappointing that you can't control the amount easily. I loved how moisturizing it was! Other products I've used often left my skin feeling tight, but this one kept my skin hydrated without any deep dryness. I didn't really find anything disappointing about this product while using it! It's so convenient that I can exfoliate and cleanse in one step without needing a separate body wash.
