It's gentle and mild, not too harsh on the skin. The hydration power is also excellent. The only downside is that it's a type you have to apply by patting with your fingers, which is a bit inconvenient. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 23, 2023
Affordable, gentle, and truly excellent for soothing the skin. It's making me feel like I'm back in my 30s! Innisfree really outdid themselves with this one. Why are they discontinuing it? Innisfree, why do you always discontinue products when they're actually good? It's so frustrating... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 1, 2023
I bought this after seeing it on Get It Beauty, and I've purchased over 10 bottles because I can't find any real drawbacks. It's gentle on the skin. The texture feels a bit light. It might not be satisfying enough for those with dry skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2023
I have combination skin that's sensitive to fragrances, but this product is lightweight yet leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed after application. The scent is nearly undetectable, so it's not irritating at all. I've gone through more than 4 bottles... I use it almost every time except when I apply a soothing cream in the peak of summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 19, 2023
I can feel my irritated skin calming down. It's gentle enough for everyone to use comfortably. It seems a bit pricey for the amount you get. I'm using it sparingly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2023
This product is easy to use for daily skincare. The cream absorbs well, feels moisturizing, and has excellent hydration properties. It's gentle and perfect for moisture care. It suits my skin well, and I've used multiple jars because it applies so smoothly. Even when I try other creams, I always come back to this one. It's great to apply in the morning before makeup as it absorbs well, allowing for smooth application of cosmetics later. I'll definitely repurchase. The price point is also reasonable, which is a plus. I'm stocking up and plan to use it again this time. The downside is that it runs out quickly, so I wish it came in a larger size. I also hope for even more intense hydration. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinDec 28, 2022
As someone with atopic, dry, and sensitive skin that stings easily with harsh ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised! I've used 5 tubes of this cream without any tingling sensation - it's so gentle. Plus, it provides excellent hydration and combats deep dryness, which has noticeably reduced dead skin cells on my face. The pore care is a bit lacking, possibly due to its slightly rich texture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 15, 2022
Acne improved by over 95% within 3 days of application (This might sound like viral marketing, but I expect results to vary greatly depending on individual skin) Comparing with other Innisfree products: - Blueberry Rebalancing Cream: Didn't worsen acne but no improvement either. During hormonal changes, it was acne paradise. Still used it for a long time though. - Blueberry Rebalancing Cleansing Foam: Been using for 4-5 years, love it for being non-irritating - Green Tea Cream: Chin acne, forehead acne... sigh... didn't suit me. I had bought it after careful consideration too. - Green Tea Emulsion: Many reviews said it's good for acne, but it caused my inflammation to explode /I'm someone who gets inflammatory acne influenced by flour, hormones, fried foods, etc. It appears irregularly and non-periodically on forehead, cheeks, chin, etc. Not the severe type where the whole face is covered in acne. When clear, my skin is actually quite nice. /I think the beneficial bacteria ecosystem on my skin might have been disrupted from constantly squeezing and disinfecting due to acne. Since this is a probiotic product, I'm making a reasonable guess that it might have helped restore that beneficial bacterial balance. /I have dehydrated skin that doesn't absorb products well, so I always use cream without toner or emulsion. This cream provided hydration and controlled sebum. If your experience with Innisfree products is similar to mine, give this a try. After being burned by the Green Tea Emulsion more than the cream, I cautiously tried this Probiotics Cream and it was perfect for me. Seems like you really have to try products yourself rather than just trusting reviews. I don't wear makeup at all, and I applied this after washing with the mild acidic Blueberry Foam at night. Usually in winter, my skin would get dry and I'd need to apply more cream later, but with this one application was enough. Again, results may vary greatly depending on your skin type. Bought from Coupang. Didn't come with a spatula. Using a new Binggrae ice cream spoon I had at home as a temporary solution. Need to buy a proper spatula. I used to wonder why I should write reviews on Hwahae. I only lurked here before. But today I realized I'm writing this review to spread the word about this product, hoping it won't be discontinued. (Of course, some people might write reviews to vent when a product is terrible too) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 26, 2022
Dry/sensitive skin / Weak skin barrier I've gone through several tubes of this! While it's not exceptionally outstanding, it's a moisturizer that doesn't irritate the skin and layers well. When applying the product, it feels slightly like it's sitting on top of the skin, and the hydration doesn't last extremely long! Its effectiveness is somewhere between moisturizing and hydrating! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 5, 2022
I'm a true believer in Derma Green Tea, that's me! I've used about 6 bottles. I use it all year round. When I apply it in the morning, my makeup goes on smoothly, and when I use it at night, I wake up with silky-smooth skin. The ingredients are very gentle, and even though I have super sensitive skin, it's mild and works well for me. This product can't be discontinued! During Innisfree's sales events, they don't usually discount this product itself. So you need to keep an eye out for Innisfree coupon promotions. Whether it's birthday coupons or events like 'Get 10,000 won off when you spend over 30,000 won', I stock up on multiple bottles during these sales. In autumn and winter, I apply face oil or essence after toner, then use this cream, and there's no dryness at all. In summer, I just use this cream right after toner. I bought a spatula from Daiso for 1,000 won, which helps me use the product hygienically.
