Other than that, it was fine and I liked using it. It was said to be for dry skin, and since I have oily skin, this version worked better for me than other versions. There was also less tightness on my face. I really didn't feel any tightness even after removing it and not washing my face for a few hours. The cleansing power seems to be around average. Nowadays, I hardly wear makeup because of masks, but before, it could remove my eyebrows (which I usually draw on thickly). The eyeshadow also came off well, but the eyeliner was a bit tricky, so I used a lip and eye makeup remover. The scent was a bit unpleasant at first, like acetone, but I got used to it after finishing the whole bottle. Those with sensitive noses might find it bothersome.
ConsI'm really not sure what the ingredients are exactly... It's a shame that it's just average to use, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't finish the whole bottle. I just couldn't find any outstanding positive points about it. There seem to be a lot of similar products available in the market.

The waterproof eyeliner and layered eyeshadow were all removed cleanly, and the mascara was also removed quite cleanly~ Since it's for dry skin, the finish felt moisturized. I have very dry skin, but the tightness after cleansing was much less than usual.
ConsThere was a slight stinging sensation when it got in my eyes.
TipI soak the cotton pad with plenty of water and gently press it over both eyes! I use half a cotton pad from Olive Young~ I thoroughly remove the eye makeup and use the two sides of a single pad - one side to remove the lips and the remaining side to briefly cleanse the skin! I follow up with a cleansing foam for the final step.

The cleansing power was not bad, and the scent was barely noticeable, so it was okay. Since the ingredients are mild, there was no itchiness or anything like that after using it. It's a good product for the price!
ConsIf it gets in your eyes, it stings a lot ㅠㅠ Even though it's for dry skin, there was a bit of dryness after using it.

I was selected for the Hwahae Trial and had the chance to try Balleah products for the first time! I was very worried about switching from the cleansing water I normally use to a different one, but despite my concerns, it turned out better than expected! My skin is dry, but when I remove my makeup with this cleansing water, I don't feel tightness, only a lasting moisturized feeling. ✨The cleansing power is also satisfactory! It quickly removes eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara)...! However, it doesn't completely remove glitter eyeshadow, which is a bit disappointing. After using this cleansing water to remove my eye and lip makeup, I do a second cleanse with a cleansing foam, and my skin feels thoroughly cleansed. ✨At 9,900 won for 400ml, it's economical and I can generously use it. I think I'll buy another bottle once I finish this one...! Since I didn't have high expectations for this product, it may have exceeded my satisfaction. ✨I used this Balleah cleansing water along with Olive Young's cotton pads. If anyone is considering what cotton pads to use with this cleansing water, I'd recommend trying those. ✨The scent of this cleansing water is not strong at all! It's barely noticeable, which I think is the least scented among the cleansing waters I've used so far. ✨The simple ingredients also impressed me. I think this would be great for those with dry skin. As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I'm relieved that I haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts from the ingredients. ✨True to its claim as a cleansing water for dry skin, it left my skin feeling moisturized. Even on days when I was very tired and only used the cleansing water to remove my makeup, my skin didn't feel stripped or dry, and I didn't need to apply any additional skincare products.
ConsI thought it would have been easier to control the amount if it could have been used in a pump-type format! Since I had been using a pump-type cleansing water for a long time, I often spilled a lot when trying to pour it onto a cotton pad (failed to control the amount). And when removing eyeshadow, it couldn't completely remove the shimmer, so I needed thorough cleansing around the eyes! Apart from that, I didn't have any other issues using this cleansing water! This time I received the product for free, but I would be willing to purchase it with my own money next time!
TipI'd recommend trying the tissue-type cotton pads from Olive Young! And if double cleansing is a hassle for you, you can just remove your point makeup with cleansing water and then cleanse your skin with a cleansing foam.

The product is too mild and moisturizing. It has higher cleansing power than expected, and while it's known as an affordable 'bio' version, it's a product that's just as good as the original.
ConsWhile the moisturizing and mild properties were good, the oiliness was a bit strong, so there was a slight uncomfortable foreign sensation when it got in the eyes. Because of this, I always do a water rinse after using the cleansing water, as it feels unsatisfactory to just finish with the cleansing water.

Cleansing waters are often used as a primary cleansing step before using a cleansing foam, and they tend to have weaker cleansing power. But this one removes makeup so well that you may not even need a second cleansing step. 2. It's clean and refreshing! The product I used before felt too greasy on my face, leaving an unpleasant feeling. But this one doesn't have that at all! 3. Great value for money When I checked the price, I felt the amount you get for the price is quite reasonable. The quantity is good, and the price is fair, so if it's easily available, I'd say I'm 90% likely to buy it!
ConsIt stings my eyes a lot... Apart from that, I don't really have any other complaints. But it's quite harsh, so I just gently wipe around the eye area and then properly cleanse with a cleansing foam.

Ingredients: Packed with moisturizing ingredients in the front, decent ingredients Usage: Produces good lather, skin tone becomes even and soft after cleansing, no irritation for my sensitive skin. Removes color cosmetics and base makeup reasonably well. Others: Best thing is the large volume! Excellent value for money! Personal overall evaluation: Highly rated for the low-irritation effect that evens out skin tone, and the large volume.
ConsIngredients: May be sensitive to citric acid, has surfactants so it just feels unsatisfactory to just rinse it off. Usage: Feels insufficient for standalone cleansing, causes eye irritation. Has limitations in replacing skincare as the face feels taut. Nothing special, so it's not a product I reach for often. Personal overall evaluation: The most disappointing aspect is that it makes the face feel taut, despite being intended for dry skin.
TipTested the ability to remove the strong staining from a Dior tint, and found that while it removes other color cosmetics reasonably well, it lacks in removing strongly pigmented products. (Photo attached) Recommended usage is to use it after oil cleansing, or use it in the morning for cleansing. It can also be conveniently used for cleaning beauty tools. (☆Additional content as of 2019.10.17👇) Since the product itself produces good lather, if you shake the container first and then scoop out the lather to use, you can use it as a gentle foam cleanser!! I'll attach the usage instructions in the last photo ♡

Fragrance: There is a faint artificial fragrance. I was glad that the fragrance was almost non-existent. Ingredients: I've tried many famous cleansing waters, and the one I liked the most was Bioderma, but I couldn't use it anymore because the ingredients weren't good. The micellar cleansing water has simple and good ingredients, so I like it. Cleansing Power: I wear makeup from head to toe, but it cleans everything well and removes everything thoroughly, except for mascara. Overall: I liked that there was no residue left on the skin and that it removed everything refreshingly. The price, ingredients, and cleansing power are all excellent. My skin is moderately sensitive, but it didn't cause any trouble.
ConsIt's a product for dry skin, but it's more refreshing than moisturizing. Those with extremely dry skin may be disappointed. But I actually liked that aspect.
TipYou can use the cleansing water for a gentle primary cleansing, and then follow up with another mild cleanser for a secondary wash. On tired days, you can also finish with a toner.
