First of all, I'm not sure what to believe since the Hwahae Trial Reviewer says there are no harmful ingredients, but then I hear it contains some medium-risk ingredients from somewhere else. Other than that, it was fine and I liked using it. It was said to be for dry skin, and since I have oily skin, this version worked better for me than other versions. There was also less tightness on my face. I really didn't feel any tightness even after removing it and not washing my face for a few hours. The cleansing power seems to be around average. Nowadays, I hardly wear makeup because of masks, but before, it could remove my eyebrows (which I usually draw on thickly). The eyeshadow also came off well, but the eyeliner was a bit tricky, so I used a lip and eye makeup remover. The scent was a bit unpleasant at first, like acetone, but I got used to it after finishing the whole bottle. Those with sensitive noses might find it bothersome.

Pros
After all, the most important function of cleansing water is its cleansing power, isn't it? The waterproof eyeliner and layered eyeshadow were all removed cleanly, and the mascara was also removed quite cleanly~ Since it's for dry skin, the finish felt moisturized. I have very dry skin, but the tightness after cleansing was much less than usual.
Cons
There was a slight stinging sensation when it got in my eyes.
Tip
I soak the cotton pad with plenty of water and gently press it over both eyes! I use half a cotton pad from Olive Young~ I thoroughly remove the eye makeup and use the two sides of a single pad - one side to remove the lips and the remaining side to briefly cleanse the skin! I follow up with a cleansing foam for the final step.

This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. I was selected for the Hwahae Trial and had the chance to try Balleah products for the first time! I was very worried about switching from the cleansing water I normally use to a different one, but despite my concerns, it turned out better than expected! My skin is dry, but when I remove my makeup with this cleansing water, I don't feel tightness, only a lasting moisturized feeling. ✨The cleansing power is also satisfactory! It quickly removes eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara)...! However, it doesn't completely remove glitter eyeshadow, which is a bit disappointing. After using this cleansing water to remove my eye and lip makeup, I do a second cleanse with a cleansing foam, and my skin feels thoroughly cleansed. ✨At 9,900 won for 400ml, it's economical and I can generously use it. I think I'll buy another bottle once I finish this one...! Since I didn't have high expectations for this product, it may have exceeded my satisfaction. ✨I used this Balleah cleansing water along with Olive Young's cotton pads. I thought it would have been easier to control the amount if it could have been used in a pump-type format! Since I had been using a pump-type cleansing water for a long time, I often spilled a lot when trying to pour it onto a cotton pad (failed to control the amount). And when removing eyeshadow, it couldn't completely remove the shimmer, so I needed thorough cleansing around the eyes! Apart from that, I didn't have any other issues using this cleansing water! 1. The cleansing power is amazing! Cleansing waters are often used as a primary cleansing step before using a cleansing foam, and they tend to have weaker cleansing power. But this one removes makeup so well that you may not even need a second cleansing step. 2. It's clean and refreshing! The product I used before felt too greasy on my face, leaving an unpleasant feeling. But this one doesn't have that at all! 3. Great value for money When I checked the price, I felt the amount you get for the price is quite reasonable. The quantity is good, and the price is fair, so if it's easily available, I'd say I'm 90% likely to buy it!

Hwahae Trial Reviewer! Ingredients: Packed with moisturizing ingredients in the front, decent ingredients Usage: Produces good lather, skin tone becomes even and soft after cleansing, no irritation for my sensitive skin. Removes color cosmetics and base makeup reasonably well. Others: Best thing is the large volume! Excellent value for money! Personal overall evaluation: Highly rated for the low-irritation effect that evens out skin tone, and the large volume.

Ingredients: May be sensitive to citric acid, has surfactants so it just feels unsatisfactory to just rinse it off. Usage: Feels insufficient for standalone cleansing, causes eye irritation. Has limitations in replacing skincare as the face feels taut. Nothing special, so it's not a product I reach for often. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. Fragrance: There is a faint artificial fragrance. I was glad that the fragrance was almost non-existent. Ingredients: I've tried many famous cleansing waters, and the one I liked the most was Bioderma, but I couldn't use it anymore because the ingredients weren't good. The micellar cleansing water has simple and good ingredients, so I like it. Cleansing Power: I wear makeup from head to toe, but it cleans everything well and removes everything thoroughly, except for mascara. Overall: I liked that there was no residue left on the skin and that it removed everything refreshingly. The price, ingredients, and cleansing power are all excellent.
