I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and this is my honest review after using the product for 2 weeks! First, after double cleansing, I used the product in the final step by soaking a cotton pad and wiping away any remaining residue. I then used it as a hydrating step, and it felt so moisturizing and refreshing. It seemed to effectively remove any leftover oil, and my pores looked cleaner. My skin is very sensitive, and products I'm not used to often cause redness and breakouts, but this one was so gentle and seems suitable for all skin types. The 400ml size should last a long time as well.
Cons
The product produced a lot of foam, which caught me by surprise at first. Those with oily skin may find the foaminess to feel a bit sticky.
Tip

This is a review of being selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. :) It seems to be the most suitable product for those with sensitive, combination-dry skin types. The fluid-like texture is almost like water, so there is no sticky feeling at all, and it feels refreshing instead. It's close to being fragrance-free, but depending on your sensitivity level and condition, you may detect a very faint scent. However, it's not an irritating fragrance, so you can use it comfortably. I used to just remove my makeup with a foam cleanser and be done with it, but after doing a primary cleanse with the cleansing water and then following up with a foam cleanser, there is less tightness and it feels incredibly refreshing. And the *most important cleansing power* is 8 out of 10 points. Since I don't usually wear very heavy makeup, one round of cleansing water and one round of foam cleanser was enough to thoroughly cleanse my entire face. I only gave it 8 points because I still felt like perfect cleansing wasn't achieved with just the water alone. The ingredients are gentle, so even my sensitive skin didn't experience any trouble, and I think I'll repurchase once I finish the product. The large size is also a plus.

Those who prefer an oily cleansing sensation won't like this. Pros
When I tried other water cleansers before, I didn't use them because there was an unsatisfied feeling as if I didn't wash properly. But after receiving this as a gift and trying it, my eyes and lips were cleansed thoroughly without any irritation, which I really liked! I usually do my makeup focusing on highly pigmented lip products, but it wiped everything off in one swipe without any eye discomfort. It was great.
Cons
I didn't really notice any issues... Maybe the large size is a downside since I travel frequently? But most water cleansers come in large sizes anyway.
Tip

I tried it as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. After a long visit to my hometown, my skin had a lot of trouble, but I used it without much irritation and it worked well. There was a very faint soapy fragrance. Light makeup was easily removed with 2-3 cotton pads, and even heavy makeup came off well, leaving just a bit of shimmer. Some people said their eyes felt irritated, but I was fine.
Cons

Ingredients: Packed with moisturizing ingredients in the front, decent ingredients Usage: Produces good lather, skin tone becomes even and soft after cleansing, no irritation for my sensitive skin. Removes color cosmetics and base makeup reasonably well. Others: Best thing is the large volume! Excellent value for money! Personal overall evaluation: Highly rated for the low-irritation effect that evens out skin tone, and the large volume.

Hwahae Trial Reviewer review After the Chuseok holiday ended, I received the delivery and tried it out before writing this review. The best part was that it felt gentle and non-irritating on my skin. Since my skin is extremely sensitive, even the slightest irritation can cause acne breakouts or redness, but I didn't experience any of that. It felt refreshing. The fragrance is also not overpowering and feels comfortable. I used it by soaking a cotton pad and gently applying it, then wiping it off immediately. I tend to soak the cotton pad generously and use it that way, as I find that rubbing can cause irritation on my skin. But my face is precious, so I don't mind the quick application. I went on a trip to Europe and bought some of the brand's moisturizers and creams that were decanted and packaged there. They worked well for me, so I even applied for an event. The price has gone up a bit after it came to Korea *Fragrance-free *Gentle, no stinging or burning sensation Some cleansing waters can leave your skin feeling tight and squeaky-clean, but this one is really just like water - no fragrance, no color. And even after cleansing, there's no irritation or discomfort, so I'm very satisfied with the usage experience. *Removes eyeliner, eyebrows, and eyeshadow well The stick-type pearl eyeshadows need to be wiped a few times, but it still comes off cleanly. *I've tested 3 types of BB creams and 1 type of foundation, and they all remove well.
