The coverage is absolutely fantastic - it conceals blemishes and even hides redness. Plus, it gives a matte finish without any shine. Those with super sensitive skin or blemishes might experience itching or tingling. I personally feel some itchiness, but I'm willing to use it for the great coverage. It can be quite drying, though. In winter, it might make your skin feel tight. Be careful with the amount you use - if you apply too much, it can come off like soup when you're cleansing! The coverage was great and the staying power was decent. This cushion foundation was an absolute perfect match for me! It's excellent to use from summer through fall, but it feels a bit drying in winter. As the cold season sets in, I notice a slight tendency for it to settle into fine lines. For those with dry skin, I recommend mixing it with a facial oil!

I highly recommend this to anyone looking for coverage, longevity, and a semi-matte finish. As a beauty junkie, I've tried everything from luxury brands to cushions advertised on social media. With my finicky skin and need for coverage, I've struggled to find a cushion that ticks all the boxes - coverage, staying power, and application. But when a friend told me that MAC had finally nailed it with their new cushion, I gave it a try. Oh my... it's definitely mine now! It's not fully matte, but rather semi-matte. If you're not a fan of semi-matte finishes, this might not be the right fit for you. I have dry skin that becomes extremely dry in spring, fall, and winter, but I prefer a matte skin look. This is perfect for me. If you experience dryness like I do, applying a rich moisturizer before using this cushion works wonders.
