Great for dabbing a small amount on problem areas. The powder formula is convenient and lightweight. It's versatile - you can mix it with your regular cream or shampoo. It has a subtle effect on reducing blemishes. The effect on blemish reduction isn't very significant. You need to handle it carefully as the powder tends to scatter easily. It's a powder form that's great for mixing with emulsions or ampoules. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it feels like my blemishes have calmed down a bit..?? It's not bad at all. You shouldn't expect any dramatic effects from this product. It's easy to apply when mixed with ampoules, emulsions, or other skincare products! 
su**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSep 9, 2020The soothing effect wasn't dramatic, but it wasn't non-existent either. Applying a tiny amount to blemish-prone areas seems to help calm them down a bit. However, if you're after a more potent soothing effect, you might be better off using a TRD serum. The powder formula can be a bit drying, which isn't ideal. You absolutely must apply this by gently patting it on as the final step in your routine. The instructions say you can mix it with your moisturizer, but if you dump a lot in and blend, it pills up on your face like dead skin cells. I'm not exaggerating - it really comes off like flakes of skin. Even if you use just a tad too much, it starts to pill up at the slightest touch. I wouldn't really recommend this. If you're looking for a soothing effect, go for a serum or sheet mask instead. When I first used it, I could actually see the whiteheads on my chin disappearing! It's so convenient to just mix it with my emulsion. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. It's a bit tricky to control the amount... I only saw results at the beginning, then my skin went back to its original state. When you gently pat this powder onto blemishes that are raised under the skin, they noticeably subside within 2-3 days! While it didn't seem particularly effective on whiteheads, it worked wonders on those slightly hard, raised blemishes beneath the skin! I found it's better to apply the powder directly rather than mixing it with other skincare products. It doesn't seem to have much effect on pus-filled blemishes. Also, because of its powder form, it's unavoidable that it scatters a bit, and it can be tricky to control the amount you use.

Even when I did, they subsided quickly. Even when mixed with a cream, it can still feel a bit tight on dry skin. I was able to mix this with my regular skincare products, which eased my concerns about potential side effects. After using it, I noticed my blemishes improved a bit. It's a bit disappointing that you have to mix it with other products every time you use it.
