What I liked: - As a creamy crayon tint, it applies smoothly and feels great on the lips - The intense color payoff is beautiful even when applied as a gradient The Velvet Red shade is my favorite (a lovely dried rose color) - Easy to carry around, and I appreciate that the tint doesn't smear on the cap or opening - Unlike some tints that fade to pink, this one maintains a color similar to when first applied and has decent staying power - Affordable price point Room for improvement: - While the description claims it combines the best of lipstick, tint, and lip balm, I found that if your lips aren't well-moisturized, it can severely accentuate dead skin cells and feel quite drying - ey*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedSep 24, 2021
I bought this from Aritaum before - it's the last photo. For a chili-tinted shade, it has a lovely pink undertone which I really like. The staying power and staining effect are both intense and long-lasting. As with most matte formulas, you have to accept that it might emphasize dead skin cells. It's unavoidable, unfortunately... - un****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2020
I heard it's a limited edition, and it seems great as an accent color for both warm and cool tones. Despite being matte, it's not drying and absorbs well. Nothing particularly bad, just a shame the colors are limited edition. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 16, 2020
Mamonde's steady seller. The Mamonde Creamy Tint Color Balm Intense is a 3-in-1 crayon-type lip pencil that combines 'lipstick + tint + lip balm'. It has great color payoff like a lipstick, and applies creamily with its powder formula. It doesn't transfer much and its compact size makes it perfect to carry in your purse or pocket. You can use it as a full lip color or as a lip liner. The shade I received is 33 Chili Rose. While it looks pretty with a vibrant application, you can experience another charm when you smudge it gently. As it's a matte lip product, it can accentuate dead skin cells. For a smooth application, make sure to exfoliate your lips thoroughly beforehand. Personally, I found that patting it on the lips resulted in a nice application without highlighting flakes. I tried using a lip brush and my fingers, but it applied best directly from the tube. I liked that even though it's matte, it doesn't emphasize lip lines much. Unlike liquid tints or lip lacquers, this product doesn't dry out your lips over time. While tints and lipsticks tend to strip moisture from your lips, the Mamonde Creamy Tint Color Balm feels like it's just laying color on top. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a powdery, matte lipstick. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinOct 19, 2019
The color is absolutely gorgeous! I heard it's a limited edition, but I really wish they'd keep selling it permanently. Unfortunately, the staying power is quite poor and it settles into fine lines way too much. After about 2 hours, the color just disappears completely. If there's a similar shade in a different lip product, I'd switch to that in a heartbeat. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 6, 2019
The color complements warm skin tones beautifully and has excellent pigmentation. It also absorbs wonderfully on the lips. It tends to feel a bit dry on the surface quickly. The staying power could be slightly better. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 11, 2019
I adore Chili Rose♥ It's a vibrant dried rose shade. This color seems to suit both cool and warm skin tones beautifully. Mamonde #33 Chili Rose rom&nd Before Sunset MAC Lucky in Love I heard it was limited edition... Please make it ongoing, I beg you! I apply lip balm generously the night before, and in the morning, I smooth my lips before applying this lipstick!
