This shampoo is refreshing and invigorating. I use it in rotation with a shampoo bar, and I reach for this when my scalp starts to feel itchy and my hair gets stiff from the bar soap. While this shampoo doesn't make your hair super silky, it's gentle on the scalp. The ingredients are kind to your hair, and the price is equally friendly to your wallet! You'll need to purchase it through iHerb, which might be inconvenient for some. The bottle design could be a bit more user-friendly. Other than that, I didn't have any issues with the shampoo itself. - bo******Combination SkinSep 25, 2017
Compared to Aveda's pricey rosemary mint shampoo, this one is budget-friendly, smells great, and free from harmful ingredients. I absolutely love it! Plus, you can support animal protection too. The conditioner doesn't flow out easily, so when it's about half empty, you have to open the cap and shake it to get the product out, which is a bit inconvenient. - de********Dry SkinAug 13, 2017
This product has been a staple for me over the past few years. Personally, I've gone through dozens of bottles without regret. First off, it's free from silicones and the SLS-type ingredients I dislike. I've been ordering it from iHerb for years, and I've noticed some positive changes: no damage to my hair, occasional 'angel hair' growth, thicker strands, and no increase in hair loss. I'm grateful it's maintaining my hair despite age-related thinning. Thanks to this, my hair looks fuller and stronger. Whether it's due to this product or avoiding supermarket brands, I don't feel like I'm using anything harmful, which is satisfying. The shampoo leaves my scalp feeling refreshed, and the rosemary scent is quite pleasant. For this type of shampoo, it's unique how rich and abundant the lather is (though I personally don't prefer that). The two most noticeable surfactants are cocamidopropyl betaine, an amphoteric type, and sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, which is listed even higher. While cocamidopropyl betaine is generally acceptable, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate has limited research. There are some posts claiming it's harmful, though it's unclear if these are just rumors or facts. Until more research is done, I probably won't purchase this shampoo again. (It's really hard to find a shampoo that meets all these criteria...) It's available on iHerb. The product contains enough preservatives to prevent spoilage, so it's suitable for stocking up. This suggests it's not exactly a top-tier, organic, premium shampoo. If you have sensitive skin, make sure to check the ingredients before buying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2017
I loved how refreshed my hair felt after shampooing, and surprisingly, there was no irritation at all, which I had initially worried about. It lathers up really well too! After rinsing it all out with water, my hair does feel a bit stiff. However, once it's dry, it becomes incredibly soft. I think it works even better if you give your scalp a good massage while using it.
