First off, the brightening effect is really impressive! When you apply this, it naturally evens out your skin tone and gives your face a lively, refreshed look! However, it leaves a bit too much of a dewy or oily finish. Without setting it with powder, you might look like you've got an excessively oily face. Also, it feels quite sticky, which is really not pleasant. Honestly, this seems best suited just for brightening purposes. For those interested in buying this, please consider it solely for its brightening properties. In my opinion, its sun protection effect seems minimal. If you decide to use this, I recommend either mixing it with a separate sunscreen or applying sunscreen separately in multiple layers for better protection. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 8, 2022
✓ A sunscreen with a subtle pink tint that doesn't leave a white cast ✓ The formula spreads thinly without feeling heavy, yet surprisingly rich when applied ✓ Powerful UV protection + waterproof - Contains some ingredients to be cautious about... Now I only use this sunscreen on my neck - When applied to the face, it feels quite oily. Not recommended for oily skin types... - Has that typical sunscreen scent that can make you feel queasy In the case of this product, a double cleanse is absolutely essential!!! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 26, 2021
I've been using this for a long time. In the past, it had no white cast, wasn't sticky, and absorbed well with a fresh feeling. I don't usually apply sunscreen to my body, but this one spread like an emulsion and wasn't sticky. However, after repurchasing and using it recently, I noticed it's quite different from before. I bought this again after finishing my previous one, but it seems to have been reformulated. Now it has a white cast, feels a bit stiff when applying, and has a sticky texture. I've been using this exclusively for years, so it's disappointing. - kd****Dry SkinAcne SkinJun 11, 2021
Not bad as a sunscreen to apply before makeup The rich feel is overwhelming. It doesn't leave a powdery finish at all. I always try to apply the recommended amount, which might contribute to this issue. The container is also incredibly inconvenient, perhaps due to the sunscreen formulation or something else. - my********Dry SkinJul 6, 2020
The ingredients are good, and I'm using a whole bottle without any blemishes. It's very hydrating. For daily use in summer, it feels like there's too much oil and moisture balance. The stickiness is intense, making my skin feel suffocated (recommended for winter use). When mixed with a matte BB cream, it's less sticky. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2020
It's moisturizing and leaves the skin feeling soft and fresh. It would be great to use before applying makeup. The scent is really awful. I nearly gagged when I first smelled it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 10, 2019
Anyone else using this sunscreen? Haha! I'd never seen or used it before, but my mom bought it somewhere, and I just tried it in a pinch. Before I knew it, I'd used over half the bottle! It seems to have a slight brightening effect. If you apply a hydrating base, the sunscreen feels a bit thick at first, but as you rub it in, it suddenly spreads like a water cream. It's amazing! The Hwahae Testers would be impressed. It has a nice glow too. The sunscreen itself absorbs well. I also like the scent... it's not a typical cosmetic smell, but slightly sweet? The staying power is good, and I haven't had any blemishes, so I've been using it consistently lately. The downside is that if you don't apply a smooth, moisturizing base and instead go for a fresh finish, this sunscreen can feel thick and turn into a white powder-like substance when applied. It's like it pills off. Since then, I've been applying it over a hydrating base, and then it gives a nice glow and works well.
