It removes makeup cleanly and leaves skin feeling fresh. This is a product I've been using for a long time. I'm not sure how well it would work for those who wear heavy makeup. It removes makeup cleanly and effectively. It feels so refreshingly good! The biggest issue is the price. While the product is great, I feel you could find similar quality in more affordable options.

I removed eye makeup with a lip and eye remover, and used this water for removing face makeup - it worked great! The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. Some reviews mentioned it was drying, but personally, I felt like it had a bit of oil in it. I didn't find it drying at all; instead, it left my skin feeling hydrated! It's so gentle! I use it with a cotton pad and scrub thoroughly, but there's no redness on my face at all. Being a water cleanser, it doesn't leave that lingering feeling like oil cleansers do after cleansing. I love that it's fragrance-free and mild. On days when you wear mascara, you might need to use about 5 cotton pads. For those who wear heavy makeup, an oil cleanser might be more suitable. However, I'd recommend this for those who only wear light powder foundation! I wipe once with one side of the cotton pad, then flip it over and wipe again. First-time dry skin review of cleansing water Fragrance: The scent I loved the most! It's not artificial, but very fresh, making me feel great every time I remove my makeup. Cleansing: As a first-time user of cleansing water, I was pleased to find it effectively removed even hard-to-clean areas like eye makeup and glitter! Feeling: I dislike slippery textures, but this one removes makeup cleanly without any greasy feeling, leaving my skin feeling fresh. The only downside is that there's nothing to complain about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
