  The consistency is just right, not too watery. When applied, it wraps around the face nicely. It has a different feel from a typical toner, more like it adheres to the face. I used to buy the large-sized Lancome toner at the duty-free store, but based on a friend's recommendation, I'm switching to the Seracell toner. They say the peptides are great for skin regeneration, and when I applied the peeling product and gently massaged it in until it dried, and then sprayed the toner, my skin became amazing. It feels so silky.
