I used to dislike the slippery feeling on my face after cleansing, but this product doesn't have that at all. It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean. I've been using this for a long time, and well... I can't think of any downsides. I've tried other products, but nothing quite matches up to this one. - b8********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 31, 2025
This is cheap and absolutely fantastic! It's the most affordable cleansing line from The Face Shop, and I find it to be the best, haha! The entire 365 line is gentle, and the foam is incredibly fine and abundant... To be honest, I think it produces even denser and more thorough foam than Japanese cleansing foams... I'm puzzled why this isn't more popular... Even if you just roughly lather it in your hands, the foam doesn't deflate... At this price point... It's truly an amazing find, and I plan to try other versions besides the mung bean and mugwort one. It's affordable, good quality, and produces better foam than other brands. - co************Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 21, 2025
I bought this because it's super affordable, and wow, it's such great value for money! Looking at the ingredients, there are some that might clog pores, which isn't ideal for oily skin. However, when I used it, I didn't experience any blemishes or breakouts. It's especially good to use in the evening after applying makeup or when your skin feels oily! While it doesn't leave your skin squeaky clean, it does remove about 90% of the oil. For this price, the cleansing effectiveness is impressive... I'll definitely buy it again! There's nothing particularly bad about it. I'm planning to try the lemon version next time. Oh, and it might be too drying for those with super sensitive skin. - ap*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 4, 2024
I bought this on sale for just 3,000 won and wow, it's amazing! I usually use Medipeel foam cleanser, but I needed something quick and this was a pleasant surprise. It's only a fifth of the price but just as effective... Actually, Medipeel sometimes stung my eyes, but this one doesn't at all. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, removes oil just right, and it's truly fantastic. The amount you get is generous too! Though I'm not sure I can tell it contains mung bean, it just feels like a regular foam cleanser to me. There are no downsides... But why is it so inexpensive? I've actually stocked up on several of these! - ks******Oily SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedJun 20, 2024
I remember liking this product when I used it before. After trying others, I realized they weren't as good, so I came back to this one. It's great! I highly recommend it for oily skin types like mine. There's nothing bad to say! The price is reasonable too. If I had to nitpick, I suppose it would be nice if the packaging was more environmentally friendly...? - kd*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2022
The cleansing effectiveness is decent. It feels gentle on the skin when washing. The price is reasonable. The mung bean scent is quite strong. I wish they would use more environmentally friendly packaging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 4, 2021
Excellent for improving blemishes and suitable for sensitive skin types The previous version was much better... It feels like the positive effects have been reduced somehow - er*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 11, 2021
Compared to aloe, aloe is great for those with dry skin, while Mung Bean & Mugwort is better for oily, blemish-prone skin. After washing, aloe leaves a more hydrated feeling, while Mung Bean & Mugwort gives a squeaky clean sensation. The product was reformulated from Herb Day Mung Bean to Mung Bean & Mugwort, changing the ingredients. Personally, I felt the original mung bean formula was more effective for blemishes. While not dramatically different, with consistent use, the original formula kept my skin clearer with fewer new blemishes. The new formula seems slightly less effective in this regard. If you consistently cleanse by gently rolling the product over areas with excess oil, you'll notice those bumpy, clogged areas becoming smoother over time. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 24, 2020
It's affordable and easy to buy, and it seems to remove makeup quite well! The previous version with only mung bean extract was cheaper and seemed to effectively calm down sebum on my skin. However, this current product doesn't seem to have much effect... - wa******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2019
Great value and doesn't cause blemishes! Personally, I think it was gentler and better when it was just mung bean extract. I preferred the 3,900 won foam cleanser that only had mung bean extract.
