The base shade is my go-to when I'm unsure what to apply. My skin tends to look dull around the eyes if I use a slightly mismatched color, but this one gives a natural, versatile look that works wonders as an all-purpose base. (However, it's not vibrant enough to stand alone as a single-shadow look.) I don't usually bother with shimmer, but on days when I make the effort to add some sparkle, I get tons of compliments and questions about my eyeshadow! While Dried Cosmos can be a bit more prone to fallout compared to other palettes, these two shades alone make me want to repurchase when I run out. It's a product I truly love!
ConsLooking at the palette as a whole, the composition doesn't quite work for me. I find myself mainly reaching for the base and shimmer shades. I've rarely completed an entire eye look using just this palette. While the base color suits my light complexion, the other shades suddenly become too intense. As the colors deepen, they start to look a bit dated on my eyes - way too pink! I occasionally use the brown shadow to soften my eyeliner, but even that doesn't appeal to me much.
TipThe powder is so finely milled that it tends to create excess fallout when applied with a regular brush. I prefer using my fingers, which seems to improve both adherence and color payoff. The result looks more beautiful and well-blended this way.

While having only matte shades in a palette can be limiting, this one allows for interesting looks with just that single shimmer. It's great value for money. This product is famous for how well it absorbs, and it truly excels in that aspect. The particles are incredibly fine, making it smooth to apply even with fingers, and it goes on beautifully. I'm 100% interested in buying other color variations. The color selection is perfect with a base, point, and eyeliner shade, making it ideal for students who can't afford to buy lots of cosmetics.
ConsIt seems limited in terms of creating various looks. Although there are only 4 colors, other 4-shade palettes I've used allowed for more versatility. The drawback with this Rom&nd palette is that the base color is too light and the point color is too dark, making it challenging to create diverse looks.
