Rather than directly preventing hair loss, it seems to help strengthen the scalp. This is my impression after buying two bottles, and I think I'll keep using it. I usually purchase it from iHerb. The main downsides are that it's difficult to buy through Hwahae, and the price is a bit high. That's about it. The nozzle design is great for applying directly to the scalp and spreading easily. Since it's not a spray-type dispenser, it definitely gets less product on your hair. After using it, it dries white on your hair, looking like dandruff... I tried using it at night and washing it off in the morning, but it became too much of a hassle, so I just stopped using it. Using less seemed to help a bit, but finding the right amount was tricky. That was disappointing. As someone with a dry scalp, I found this product wonderfully moisturizing. I decided to give it a try since my hair has been thinning and losing volume lately. While I haven't noticed any dramatic effects, it hasn't caused any blemishes either, so I'm continuing to use it. The fresh, pleasant scent is an added bonus. The texture is quite nice. The scent is subtle, and it doesn't leave a greasy residue after application. It feels like a light essence? I haven't been using it for long, so I'll need to try it more to be sure. I think I'll have to use up the whole bottle before I can give a full review. The main drawback might be that it's hard to find? Since I live abroad, I had to purchase it directly from overseas. I'll need to keep using it to get a better idea of its effectiveness. It's great to apply this to a clean scalp after washing your hair and drying it with cool air. Gently massage it into your scalp with your fingertips before going to bed for best results.

The scent is very subtle with a faint woody aroma, making it suitable even for those with super sensitive skin. Although labeled as a serum, it has a watery consistency similar to a toner. It feels slightly slick but doesn't leave the hair feeling greasy after application. Considering the scalp is also skin, I think this is an excellent serum for preventing hair loss. It's unfortunate that this product is only available through international shipping, making it somewhat difficult to obtain easily. You can get a better deal by purchasing the set that includes this product along with the Pura D'or shampoo.
