For my super sensitive skin, this seems to be the perfect fit when used alone. I only apply an extra layer of cream when my skin feels completely parched.
ConsThe product can flow out quickly, so be careful to control the amount you dispense.
TipTry applying just this product alone and see how it works for you.

The texture is incredibly light, but if you pat it in diligently, you'll find the hydration is amazing!
ConsThe formula is slightly runny, almost like water, which makes it a bit tricky to handle.

I'm already on my third bottle!
ConsIt feels a bit drying after application. Also, the thin consistency means it tends to run, which is disappointing.
TipUse it with a non-drying product for best results!

ConsThe formula is quite oily and runny, making it difficult to control the amount you use. It tends to drip, and I wouldn't recommend it for people prone to small blemishes

It's just the right level of hydration - got me through summer comfortably. Not sure how it'll hold up in winter though!
ConsSometimes it comes out too runny, like water. Also, I'm using it up faster than I expected.

That's why I've repurchased it and continue to use it regularly.
ConsIt's too runny and tends to drip, so you need to be careful when applying. It's also difficult to control the amount you use!

ConsMy skin broke out immediately after using it. It leaves an extremely greasy feeling on the skin. The moisturizing effect is also poor. Using this alone, the deep dryness was no joke. The watery texture makes it difficult to apply as it runs down your face.

I usually dislike products that feel greasy on my face and cause an oil explosion by morning, but this wasn't like that at all. It's so lightweight that I could apply it effortlessly. My previous cream was so rich that it made my face red and irritated, but after using this, I was amazed to wake up to clear, bright skin. I wish I had bought two! The cream I was using before was something like One Thing's Moisture Cream, I think.
ConsI haven't found any downsides yet. Just be careful when squeezing it out of the tube - because of its runny consistency, it can easily drip if you're not careful. You need to squeeze it gently.
TipSince it's winter, I'm applying this all over my face and then adding a richer cream on my cheeks for extra moisture.

I can't say if it helps calm acne though. Texture: Thin, watery consistency Pros: Feels lighter than the blue Physiogel, good for summer use. Might not be enough for dry skin types? Use a hydrating cream in winter! Still, buying the large size is great as it lasts long and gets used up well.
ConsBlemishes: None, but it doesn't help reduce existing ones either Not recommended for: Very dry or dry skin types Cons: No major issues, but it's runny so you might use more product Sometimes feels heavy, making me reluctant to use it Doesn't absorb particularly well
TipWhen it feels heavy, mix with toner for a lighter application

Here's my review after switching. In my early 20s, my skin was a mess, so I went to a well-known dermatologist at a general hospital. The doctor recommended Physiogel, but I was put off by its plain appearance. I just got the prescription and left. Now in my 30s, I finally gave it a try. I regret not using it earlier - my skin could have been so much better! Since using the DMT Emulsion, I've noticed my skin's oil and moisture balance has been restored, giving me a stable feeling that I'm really satisfied with. If you're not looking to upgrade your skincare with whitening or anti-wrinkle products, but rather want to soothe sensitivity and find your healthy skin, I highly recommend this. It's a fragrance-free emulsion with a normal flowing texture. It's not excessively hydrating or exceptionally rich in oils. The emulsion absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it dewy and moisturized without evaporating too fast or feeling dry.
ConsThe downside is the bottle design - the opening makes it hard to use every last drop, and you can't see how much product is left in the opaque container.
TipI've noticed many people say their skin got worse after using this, but it really depends on the individual. From my experience, it works well for those who over-care for their skin, those who cleanse too harshly, and those with dry, weakened skin barriers. However, it might not suit those with excessive oil production due to poor diet or those who've neglected exfoliation and suddenly experienced a skin breakdown. This isn't a miracle product that instantly transforms your skin. Its ingredients are similar to your skin's natural components, helping it to protect and comfortably self-regulate, gradually restoring your skin to its natural state. Everyone's skin sensitivity differs, so I'd recommend using it consistently for 2-4 weeks before making a decision. According to the ingredients and description, DMT has more oil content and feels richer, while Red Soothing AI is more effective for hydration and soothing sensitive skin. I personally don't notice much difference in texture, possibly because my skin is already stable. If you have high sensitivity, starting with Red Soothing and then moving to DMT could be a good approach, especially considering the value for money. My routine is: exfoliating toner > light essence > Physiogel emulsion > thin layer of cream. This keeps my oil-moisture balance steady, which I'm very happy about! A pea-sized amount (3-4 beans) is enough for the whole face. I'm extremely satisfied with both products and wanted to share my experience!
