I started using it because I liked the scent, but as I continued to use it, my hair condition worsened, making even the fragrance seem off-putting. There was nothing positive about it in the end. It feels like it strips away all the nutrients from your hair. The more you use it, the more your hair turns into a frizzy, broom-like mess. The fragrance is absolutely my cup of tea, and almost everyone who's smelled it has said the shampoo scent is lovely! It lasts for ages too. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've repurchased this product about 5 times... I don't usually write reviews, but I only do so for products I've truly enjoyed using, so you can trust this one. I wouldn't strongly recommend this for those with oily scalps. I have an oily scalp myself, and I'm not using it because of its cleansing effectiveness, which isn't particularly impressive. I'm sticking with it purely for the fragrance! I bought this right after seeing it in a YouTuber's video recommending fragrant hair products. As expected, the scent is rich and long-lasting. The fragrance is... well, it's hard to describe since it's my first time experiencing it, but true to its name, it's a gorgeous musk scent. Above all, it's incredibly affordable on Coupang, making it excellent value for money! Some reviews mention it being drying, but as someone who frequently uses anti-hair loss shampoos and has an extremely oily scalp, I don't find it bad at all.

It might be a bit drying for some people, as it's formulated to complement the perfume line. The fragrance is definitely stronger and longer-lasting compared to other shampoos. The scent is pleasant, and it certainly fulfills its role as a perfume shampoo. The cleansing effectiveness seems to be stronger than other shampoos I've used, which might be making my hair a bit dry. However, this isn't a major issue since using a treatment after this shampoo seems to resolve it. If you're looking at it purely as a perfume shampoo, I'd recommend it for its strong and long-lasting fragrance. The strong scent eliminates any worries about scalp odor. It becomes even more intense when your hair dries. The fragrance isn't particularly pleasant. I bought this because I was hoping for a nice scent. The cotton fragrance is strong, but the musk I was expecting is a bit subtle. The scent itself is nothing more than a typical cotton fragrance, neither impressive nor disappointing. More importantly, after washing my hair, it feels stiff. Conditioner or treatment is absolutely necessary. After using it for a week, I've strangely developed an itchiness I never had before. There must be some irritating ingredient that doesn't agree with me. I definitely won't be repurchasing this.

Even though I don't usually like musk scents, this one is exceptionally pleasant. It's an enchanting aroma. The bottle design is also very luxurious. Every time I wash my hair, the scent refreshes my mood. True to Aekyung products, you can often find it at a bargain price through online promotions. It doesn't lather well, and its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong. I have a dry scalp and wash my hair daily, so it's passable for me. However, those with oily scalps or who don't wash their hair daily might find the cleansing power disappointing. Also, like most perfumed shampoos, the fragrance fades quickly. Honestly, I'm not particularly inclined to recommend this product. I'm not sure about repurchasing it either. The fragrance is lovely, though it doesn't seem to linger for too long. I suspect using the matching conditioner from the same line might help the scent last longer, but I'm only using the shampoo so I can't say for certain. It's decent at removing oil, but it leaves dead skin cells on the scalp. The fragrance is the only standout feature. The performance seems on par with other shampoos in this price range. If you're a fan of musk scents, it's worth giving it a try.
