I initially bought it at LOHB's, but since they no longer sell it, I had to order internationally. My hands feel moisturized after washing. It's a shame that I have to order from overseas now. Even when LOHB's used to sell it, refills weren't available originally.

Scent: It's actually close to unscented, but there's a very slight fragrance. It's a scent that won't be polarizing. Texture: It has a clear, standard hand wash texture. It's not a foaming type like some kids' hand soaps, but more like an antibacterial wash texture. Cleansing effectiveness: It cleanses well and doesn't leave my hands feeling dry after washing. The only downside is that you can't see how much product is left inside from the outside. Other than that, I have no complaints about the product itself. This hand wash would also make a great gift.
